What do you like best about Nightwatch?

I have used Nightwatch both at an agency and later for an in-house marketing position. Nightwatch offers a wide array of fantastic features to help get a comprehensive view of your SEO strategy as it stands and where it needs to go. Love the different views and locations I can monitor, the visual graphs, and the competitor analyses. What do you dislike about Nightwatch?

What do you like best about Nightwatch?

Nightwatch is truly amazing and delivers what it promises! I signed up with them two years ago and haven't looked back ever since. It is definitely giving its rivals a run for their money!

The way this platform organizes the information on analytics and consolidated keyword rankings are phenomenal. Not to forget, the option to switch to "Dark" and "Bright" mode is cherry on top. I have so many good things to say about this beautiful product. The interface and design is just beautiful!

What problems is Nightwatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a design and SEO agency and was looking for a keyword tracking tool with geo-location rankings. The geo-location rank tracking feature is a game changer for me. I tested several rank tracking tools before signing up with Nightwatch but none of them had all the useful features under one umbrella.

The accuracy of rankings in SEO business is very important. I can now track rankings for multiple projects with laser focus by geographic targeting on both Desktop and Mobile. The geographic keyword tracking allows to measure rankings by city and state. Nothing can beat it! Nightwatch is quite reliable and has helped me enormously with my SEO efforts. What do you like best about Nightwatch?

We've been clients since July 2016 when this product was named Ranktrackr. We upgraded to Nightwatch promptly after release.

1) It just works, by that I mean it's reliable and my degree of trust in the tool is really high.

2) The Interface is well thought.

3) Pricing is fair and the tiers work for us.

We invest a lot in content marketing for our company currently sitting at shy over 1 million organic hits yearly on our website.

I would say Nightwatch has a very important role in this strategy.

It lets us know which content is working, which is not working, which is trending up or down so we can take action, it let us know how our competitor are doing compared to us and so on. To sum it up, it allows us to measure and share the fruits of our efforts and know for sure over time that the strategy is working. What do you like best about Nightwatch?

The dark theme is great. I like the fact that when you log in, you see a grid of graphs, showing how all your websites are doing. You can set reports to automatically send to your clients at any frequency. This takes the hassle out of keeping them updated with where their site is at. What do you like best about Nightwatch?

One of the best things about Nightwatch it the ability to send daily reports that are extremely customizable. Some of my clients have different levels of understanding of how internet marketing works so Nightwatch gives you the ability to transform the report and tailor it based on what you want to show each separate client. Many of my clients have thanked me for sending them daily reports and keeping them updated every step of the way - but this is all automated by Nightwatch. Then you also have the option to integrate Google Analytics and Search Console very easily which gives clients all the data about their website in one clean report which has just helped my business stand out over many others. What do you dislike about Nightwatch?

It is more expensive than many tools I've tried in the past, but it is extremely valuable to my agency so it is what it is. I would personally rather pay more to keep my clients happy and give my agency more value by using tools that get the job done right and that's what I find with Nightwatch. I used to use tools that we're 1/5th of the price and I won't mention the names of them but they were not as flexible with client reporting and the rank tracker was not as accurate as Nightwatch. This tool is really good if you have a lot of clients and are ready to scale. It is a little expensive if you only have 1 client as some of the best features like white-labeled reporting are only allowed on a certain plan level which can be kind of costly. Client communications with their reporting system, I'm able to be in constant communication with my clients daily with their reports. Also, the main reason I switched from using other tools is that Nightwatch has the ability to track local keywords from specific local places. So for instance, I have clients all over the US and other keyword tracking tools I was using would show ranking results based on my current location. However, with Nightwatch, you can adjust the settings so that they track keywords based on the current location of that specific client making the ranking results much more accurate. What do you like best about Nightwatch?

For the price Night Watch provides an excellent experience. The user interface is great as it shows all the important information metrics across various areas. It also is the most visually appealing SEO reporting software out there in my opinion. They have excellent allowances for tracking keywords and back links. What do you like best about Nightwatch?

We moved to Nightwatch after using several other keyword ranking trackers. Why? The #1 thing we need from a SERP tracker is accuracy, and we've found nothing better. The ability to apply numerous filters and see multiple factors including Map Pack rankings is icing on the cake. Add in keyword suggestions, competitor tracking, and backlink tracking, and you've got one of the most powerful keyword SEO tools in the industry.
