Gets great engagement from clients. Increased our Google reviews from 16 to 48 in less than 2 weeks.

Nothing. NiceJob service and staff were both very helpful.

Ana Guiterrez helped us immensely when we were on-boarding with the program. Highly knowledgeable in all areas of the app and made it very user-friendly and understandable!

Nothing to dislike. Everything is easy to manage and understand.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have worked with another system in the past to ask our clients to review our product. The other system gave us some issues and was tricky to keep track of. NiceJob is keeping all reviews and prompts in one space and making our job a lot easier by being able to send emails and respond to reviews in one area. It has multiple functions and is user-friendly which will be easy in the future to train other staff members to use it.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Nice job staff are VERY responsive and helpful.  Their product is SO MUCH better than the competitor we moved from.  The fact that reviews are collected via Google and Facebook is just one huge advantage over some other companies - AND the website widgets they provide not only look great - THEY ALWAYS WORK!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

The totally free version of Nice job has one or two less features than some competitors - however those competitors features didn't even work properly, so I can't count this as a real dislike.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice job is really helping to increase our Google reviews, and that is a huge benefit as I know over the long term that will help to drive more traffic to our site.

There are very few review management services with modest features for a fair price. Not every business needs a deep toolset to manage its reviews. It is perfect for small businesses.

I wish the app experience was better.  I would love to see a colab with CompanyCam software where I already take pictures of each job.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I absolutely love NiceJob! They are amazing and easy to integrate with honeybooks my CRM. They can take the email and phone number from every new invoice that I send out in honeybooks automatically to send a review link for any of the platforms that I am wanting more reviews on. And you would like that they also have other options for people that may not have a Google account or a Facebook account and also a review on their website which is extremely convenient. Speaking of the conveniency, being able to automate  any type options for getting more reviews is extremely convenient and helpful for any business big or small! There are plenty of things that I love about NiceJob but most of all is thier customer service! They are always willing and wanting to help, wether I just had a small issue or just didn't understand something about the service, they were very easy to get ahold of and eager to help! Plus they were very friendly!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

There are not many things that I dislike about the service, I just have opinions to help the service be even better for smaller companies. 

As a small business owner, it would be a lot more beneficial for us to continue using services like nice job. However, it is pretty expensive. It does help us Alot because either we don't have the time to ask or we forget but Nice Job has helped alleviate that pain of asking for reviews. 

 Nice Job does have a standard package which is $75 a month with no contract. however, that's for between one and 2500 customers which I would still consider a pretty medium size company for most of us small companies in local areas we deal with anywhere from 5 to 10 customers per month with maybe a total of 120 a year and $75 per month is a little out of reach. Even though it does have a lot of very good benefits it's not something that I'm able to justify long-term because even though it is tedious to do we can send out the invites and review links all on our own as a small business. It would be nice to have everything automated using the services provided especially having all of my contacts converted from my CRM but I do have to admit it is a little pricey for small companies. 

Yes I understand if you are a big company and you're reading this review $75 a month seems like nothing but for a lot of us, local businesses $75 a month is a tank of gas that can get us to and from jobs for a week or maybe two. 
So my only major complaint about the nice job is the pricing.
 I would love to have the opportunity to use a nice job every month like everyone else as long as I had a smaller option something that was maybe 5 to 20 customers per month or under 100 customers a month or something but just jumping from one all the way up to 2500 customers is quite a big leap. 

Other option: 
Another option instead of making a cheaper alternative for small businesses is maybe just bundling more things into that $75 a month for example right now I pay $150 a month for a Google my business SEO company that helps me rank on Google my business but they also help me send out review links as well which yes, of course, they are not as good as a nice job when it comes to sending reviews but it is something that I feel more comfortable paying $150 a month for because I'm getting a lot more out of it for the business because half of the things with Seo I don't know how to do it and then I get the bonus of having review links sent out as a bonus. Or at least that's how I see it. 

So my only complaint is the pricing is a little too expensive for extremely small businesses but we would be willing to pay that amount if there was a little bit more bundled into it instead of just having it for only reviews because as a small business owner we can send out the links ourselves even though we may not want to but it would save us $75 a month which comes out to $1300 a year. Other than that the service is amazing!

Use this service if you have lots of clients each month and you need more reviews

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business owner reviews are extremely important and normally after you finish with a client you want to send them a review link or ask them for review but for some people it may be extremely time-consuming or feel uncomfortable asking. Or sometimes people just don't have the time to do it which nice job helps with. They were able to take all of the contact information from my invoices and automatically send out reviewing links if the person does not respond after a certain amount of time which I am able to customize it will send them out another reminder and then another one but I have it set up to a point where they don't get annoyed or bug by the amount of times that I send it to them and since I have custom messages it doesn't seem automated.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

NiceJob has been an absolute game-changer. Since setting up the NiceJob integration with Jobber to automatically send reviews to clients when their job is closed, we have seen a MAJOR increase in 5-star reviews! The automatic review follow-ups are extremely effective!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I dislike that I cannot edit any automation rules or conditions for the integration with my CRM. For custom rules, you need to request and implement from the NiceJob back end. I am still able to customize when a review should be sent automatically based on tags and jobs closed, but I wish I had full control, rather than ask support to implement the change.

**Recommendations to others considering NiceJob:**

Allow users with the Jobber integration to take control of the rules and conditions of their automation.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob is saving extra steps in our workflow, that can usually get forgotten or incorrectly processed. With NiceJob, I don't have to rely on the memory or technological literacy of my labor staff. Instead, it is all automatic and viewable from my phone or office computer.

The automation behind NiceJob is what makes it so special. Being able to link it so software I already use so it automatically sends out review requests, and then automatically posts those reviews to social media and Google is amazing!

I wish that it didn't post reviews to Facebook that didn't have any text associated with it (Star ratings only). If we had an option to filter those out that would be cool.

You can not afford to not use NiceJob. Its so easy to use and will increase the volume of reviews you have coming in immediately.

Not needing to remember to ask clients for reviews. We also get so many clients telling us that they hired us because of all the great reviews that we have on google.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

We LOVE NiceJob. Prior to NiceJob, we used a couple of different vendors to get reviews, and never had great success. When we moved to NiceJob, we increased from 1.5 Google reviews/week on average to 4.2 Google reviews/week on average.

We also like that it connects with Zapier, and therefore we can automate the review ask from our CRM.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

We don't really have any significant complaints. Minor things: you can reply to reviews on NiceJob, but the character count is limited, and we wish it could be more. We also wish we could export reviews from here!

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob is making our review ask process streamlined and consistent, and, most importantly, delivering results. We're getting great Google reviews without taking any manual action at all!

I like how easy getting a beautifully created site can be. Working with the NiceJobs customer service reps is also easy and submitting changes has been very seamless.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I dislike how long the wait times are when launching something new on the website. Both getting the website built initially and turning the blog on seem to take a very very long time. I recently started the process of getting the blog turned on and the wait time was just under 2 months.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nicejobs is a lot easier to use to get a website built that looks great. Otherwise I would have been stuck trying to build the website myself and I do not believe it would be half as nice.

I compared a few of the auto review companies, I went with nice job because i am a small business and nice job did just what i needed it to do without all the other things i dont need.

I would like nice job to be more of a pest. for me follow up is my biggest downfall and i just dont think 3 attempts is enough for some people to leave a review. i would would rather 3 attempts then wait a month and ask again

nice job is solving the problem of me putting in extra time to gather reviews. automating the process saves me time that i can put towards other things to grow my business

It is completely, seamlessly integrated with all of the major platforms and websites that people rely upon for legitimate reviews and endorsements

Nothing at all, the onboarding process was awesome and they will walk you through setting up all of your accounts and links.

Prio to using NiceJob! we were sending the Google Review links out to customers, and praying that they could navigate the process on their own. They take all of the guess work out of it, and make it easy to post reviews.

I tried several review collection services. Most were very expensive and not to my small scale. NiceJob solved everything. The customer service exceeded all expectations. They routinely reach out to ask how they can help and have made unsolicited recommendations to my benefit. They are also just nice.

With other software, it was not easy for the client to find the exact place in Facebook and GMB to leave a review, and is the reason that I switched.

My dislike is on my database side not NiceJobs. I have to go in to each call for the day and copy and paste into your spreadsheet. I wish my side had a report.

I love how easy Nice Job makes it to reach our customers for reviews. With our business being heavily generated by word of mouth, having the beefed-up reviews really helps people in their own research of us.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Would like an easier way to add batches of contacts to send invites to. I saw that there was a excel sheet but it didn't really say what information needed to be added.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really bridges the gap to get reviews. We have always mentioned having a review left but it is different when they have a physical invite to get them right to where they need to be.

Before nicejob, our business got a new review maybe once a week. It took 5 years to get 100 reviews on yelp and 5 on google. Once we joined nicejob, we got DAILY reviews. We now get customers that contact us just because we have so many perfect reviews. I'm so glad we found nicejob!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Nothing. We have no complaints. There have been no issues.

Don't hesitate. My only regret is that we didn't sign up sooner.

We started using NJ in December.  They have done a really great job for us!!!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I wish they would send review requests for BBB and/or my website.  I also wish that there was a way to manually invite each customer with the HCP integration.(please, let me know if you have that in place already).

**Recommendations to others considering NiceJob:**

A good idea would be an automated email for those who leave reviews a "Thank you" email for them leaving a review and asking for referrals.

We are solving our need for reviews!  NJ does a great job of sending out review requests at appropriate times.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Nice Job has a simple and comprehensive app that makes it easy to get reviews from my customers and then automatically posts them on GMB and various social media sites.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I do get duplicate emails that I haven't yet figured out how to eliminate.  Specifically, if a customer reviews my business on GMB or another site, then I'll get notifications from both the native site and from Nice Job.   I'd prefer to get just one email.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expanding my review base and professional reputation are important to me.   Nice Job is a key part of that effort.

I like how automated the system is. As long as I set up the pre set messages and collect the email and phone number the system collects the reviews. I used to beg for reviews, now nice job just gets them for me.

I feel like the layout of the settings is a little tough to navigate. I wish it was designed from a user standpoint instead of a programmer

For whatever reason customers hate going out of their way to leave a review online. With nice job they get an email and text with a special link to make it easier.

They make it easy to gather reviews from all my customers. The app syncs nicely with Jobber so that makes it even easier for me. We've gone from 32 reviews to 87!

The auto-share feature to doesn't post the quoted image with a fancy background. LinkedIn shares only go to personal accounts, not business accounts.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

The best thing about NiceJob is that it integrates perfectly with our HousecallPro software. We just hit finish on our program and NiceJob does the rest. Running a business is a lot of work and anything I can set and forget is key to keeping your work load down. Reviews. are. everything. in a home service business and getting reviews without even thinking about it is priceless!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

So far so good we haven't found much that we dislike. I have noticed that we don't get notified of our review as quickly as say google notifies us but that doesn't seem to be a huge problem. I would like to be able to reply to the review without having to get into NiceJob but there may be a way that I don't know about.
And maybe taking the time to fill out this long review:)

The best benefit I can think of is not having to take the time to reach out to our customers and ask for a review. Time is money.

Makes the process of reviewing simple which makes the customer more likely to follow through and give a review. Getting set up was simple.

The only thing I dislike is that there is no integration for Instagram.

Before NiceJob, getting customers to follow through with leaving reviews was difficult to say the least. NiceJob makes the process easy for our project managers and for our customers. Our Google reviews have grown and we are seeing new leads come through as a direct result. Customer service is awesome and they make the set up process painless. Highly recommend.

Before NiceJob, we were struggling to get our customers to follow through with reviews. Now our Google reviews have grown exponentially.

The program asks for a phone number but in order to be effective, this has to be a cell phone, not a landline.  It won't always work unless you get a cell phone number or a good email address.

I like that you can 'set it and forget it' by adding the phone number and email address of a business contact. NiceJob does all the work for you, inluding multiple text and email follow-ups.

It is a tad expensive for a single-location small business owner, but might be worth it if the reviews generate more business.

The process of updating our customer contacts was easy, and that is all we had to do. The automated process of seeking out reviews works great and has got us a ton of reviews which I am sure will help us be more visible on Google. We are very happy with our experience with NiceJob so far.

Nice job has been a blessing to my company. I always lacked reviews, and in only two months, they took me from 37 to 73 reviews. Their customer service is by far the best. Any questions I have, get answered relatively quickly. Everyone there is excellent; your just not another number to them.

It's cost prohibitive, it used to be nearly half the price and the service did not improve with that price hike. The option for customers to leave reviews on Nicejob needs to have an option to turn it off. I understand the idea, that it's an option for people who do not have gmail accounts. It's still stupid. We have lost a number of great reviews, from customers who have gmail accounts but instead left a great review on Nicejob which no one will ever see. There's no visibility and no one cares about a review on the Nicejob site, and no one will ever care about it as much as Google reviews. Make it an option to disable. I would rather have no place for people without gmail accounts to leave a review than lose a great review to Nicejob because someone can't figure out which button to press. Remove the button I don't want them to press.

This is fully automated after its setup. And works so well that if a customer misses the first email it keeps reminding them until they follow through or unsubscribe.

It does keep reminding customers and they can get annoyed by it and then let us know.

Nicejob makes getting reviews from my customers simple. All I do is finish the job and they do the rest. I use Housecall Pro and together my reviews have skyrocketed

The only thing that would be helpful is to send the review directly to the business and ask for pictures that way we don't forget to add them.

The registration screen needs some work, a contact name would be a nice add-on with little lifting. In addition, there is no need for a comprehensive country list... are they really doing business in Iraq? The United States and Canada should be at the top of the dropdown. Additionally, the widgets are limiting; there should be additional tools to allow additional customization.

NiceJob is very user-friendly. The software is easy to navigate and it's so simple to send a review request to our clients! I really appreciate being able to add job photos to reviews as well.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I dislike the feature that allows clients to publish reviews to NiceJob if they don't want to post them to any other review site. I completely understand the reasoning behind this feature (at least we are able to use the review elsewhere). I wish there was a different way around this. We find that quite a lot of people prefer to just post their reviews to NiceJob instead of Google which doesn't help our online rating at all.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NiceJob our company would just ask our clients to leave a review but it was difficult to get any follow-through. With NiceJob we are able to make it easy for our clients to leave us a review. All we have to do is send them the invite through NiceJob!
