**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

It was easy to sign up, and within a couple weeks I had gotten more reviews than I had the previous year.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Some of the platform is as built out, like the campaigns. Seems too difficult to do things that I thought would be a no brainer.

Built me a great website and they completely automate the review process.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Nice job completely handles my review process, client, referral campaign and client gift campaign. All for one low monthly price. You set it and forget it!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

The only thing I would want from nice job would be more features. More of what they're already doing. Instead of simple Google reviews, I would love a video review feature.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice job take care of all my online reviews. When I'm done a job in my CRM, it automatically starts a client review drip campaign. These things really work as well. In addition to that it also starts a campaign for a client referral. A new feature that I really love is the Client gift feature. I have it set so that if a client has used us three times or more they get their choice of some cookies or candy sent directly to them. All of this is done without me lifting a finger.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

The most helpful aspect of NiceJob is the follow ups our customers get after we complete a project. 

We can't follow up on every job we do it's just impossible. With NiceJob I can continue my work knowing that if the customer didn't give a review the day of the project they'll be reminded to give one later.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I haven't found anything to complain about. Our service has been great!

Following up with customers that haven't given a review. This frees up time for us to focus on other aspects of our business.

Jordan and Chelsea was absolutely amazing. Jordan did an amazing job explaining how the software will benefit our company and the set up with Chelsea was seamless. She did a great job with the integration. Quick and easy

At present I dont see anything to dislike.

The extra reviews I've gotten has helped me rank higher on google so more people call me from there or click on my website. AND my website has a higher conversion rate with their site features. AND I get more referrals now. So Nicejobs pays for itself and more, multiplied by 3.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I haven't had any issues with nice jobs, and maybe I wouldn't recommend it as highly for a product based business as I would for a service based business like mine

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wasn't getting as many reviews as I wanted and I didn't even realize I had a problem with converting viewers in customers but with nice jobs they fixed those problems

For the most part its hand off, was easy to put in place and drives reviews to our Social Media accounts. Integrated well with FB, LinkedIN and Google My Business.

Keeps losing links to LinkedIn regularly and occassionaly FB and GMB

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers would be calling in to say how great our techs were and that they would leave a review and then nothing. NiceJob solves that and keeps prompting them without harrassing them, our reviews have gone up significantly.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Increases the conversion rate for getting customer reviews.

We like everything that NiceJob offers to us.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a built in review automation feature that comes with the CRM software we have and it wasn't getting us the conversions we wanted. So, we tried NiceJob and because of their unique way they have it set up, with follow up review requests and the quality of the user experience, we have noticed a higher review conversion rate. In addition, we are also able to capture customer reviews from people without a Google account because they are given the choice to leave a review that goes immediately to our facebook page as a post. Facebook post reviews help us build trust with our community on social platforms. As a small business in a market with large franchises and corporate owned home service providers, and in the Google digital age we are in, the most important thing you can do is GET MORE REVIEWS. NiceJob helps us maximize our effort in this facet of our business. Love it!

It is nice to have all reviews from various channels in one location. Makes it easy to respond. The automatic posting on various social media channels is a great feature.

That the POS I have cannot be linked to NiceJob, so I have to upload any new customers via CSV regularly.

We love being able to set it and forget it with Nicejob! We have noticed an increase in reviews received since utilizing the campaign feature offering follow ups by both text and email.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

We liked the share feature that was customized with our logo. That feature seems to have disappeared with the upgrade to the basic colored designs.

Easy to use and integrates with software we already use. The campaign follow up feature has helped our business receive more reviews.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

First, nicejob does EXACTLY what it says it'll do, it gets you more reviews. To my knowledge they're the only service at this price range that offers drip campains as well. They track who they send requests to, who responds, and remind customers who haven't reviewed you to do so. It's not overbearing and people can easily opt-out. It's easy to upload your contacts automatically and connect it to whatever playforms you use too. 

Customers service is THE BEST. I can not stress that enough, and it is the number one reason we've stayed with them. There are other services and we use Zapier for a lot of things so we could definitely save the money and put our own process together, but they just make it so easy. You can get someone on the phone if you need to. They'll work behind the scenes to fix things for you, fast, and apologize when things don't go right. That goes a long way for me.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

There's only one thing I don't like and that's nicejob sending reviews to its own review board. It's a waste of a customer review and syphons off meaningful reviews from places like google or yelp. I get what they're trying to do but I don't want any reviews to go to the Nicejob review page, I want them on GMB or Yelp. Places that people actually check. That's my only gripe.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more reviews without any extra work from me. Reviews are everything. More reviews, and a consistent flow of good reviews dramatically improves our Google rank and customer conversion. Customers read our reviews and it takes a lot of the stress away. Our work requires us to go into peoples yards, interact with their pets and do so on a very regular basis. Reviews build trust and there's real monetary value behind that. Nicejob makes it simple, fast, and easy to get good reviews.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

As a marketing coordinator for a metal roof supply, getting client reviews from roofers and contractors is not always easy. Most of our clients work on the job site and are always on the go. NiceJob makes it quick and easy not just for us, but for our clients to leave us a review. NiceJob also brings many features that can help facilitate the process, like auto-reminders and email invites. NiceJob is Salesforce-friendly and can be integrated with other software programs for better lead generation. Their customer support is top-notch; The first time we contacted them to arrange our demo call, we got scheduled right away. Every question we had was answered and they also showed us how the program runs. Another thing we liked was their "Start Free" plan. We were able to use it for a few months and got reviews quickly.

Does not work for international numbers.

Seems fine.  Not all review sites are okay with you asking for reviews.  Wish more customers would respond and I wish they were more diversified between sites.

The staff is very helpful and informative.  The site is very easy to use.  They set it up the way we wanted and we just watch the reviews come in.

I have not had any issues with NiceJob.  It is very easy to use.

The other site we were using for reviews was very hard to navigate and we were not getting the reviews like we should have.  NiceJob has been very easy to navigate and the reviews are starting to come in on a regular basis.  It has been a big help to us so far.

You can set Nice Job up and forget it, and the reviews just start coming in.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Customers are asking for a couple of features that that they don't have right now, nothing major, but it would be great have them.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice Job generates genuine Google reviews automatically. It works as advertised, support is great, and it's trouble free. Clients go from 12 reviews to over 80 in a few months, and that starts their phones ringing.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I Really like that NiceJob communicates with you in letting you know that your company has received a review, as well I love how they generate texts and emails to the customers to remind them about doing reviews every couple of weeks or so, it really takes alot of work off of me, as far as follow-up.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I would not say that it is so much of a downside to Nicejobs, I do wish the invites that go out to the customers was mapped out a little better, in advising them that they must click on the particular platform they want the review to appear on. So, because of that many of them only do a NiceJob review, thinking that it will appear on Google, BBB , Facebook, then having to call them back to ask them to re-due it usually ends in them not leaving a review at all.

NiceJob basically is doing all of the work for us, initiating the Customer Review, and following up with emails and text message reminders, and alerting us when we get a review on one of the platforms, instead of me having to check the various platforms every few days

As soon as Danielle from nicejob set up my account and sent out the invites for review from past clients they have been rolling in. Really happy with Danielle the  nicejob and the product. Love that its sincked across platforms and that I'm not sending out individul requests for reviews

Within a week of signing up we were getting regular reviews weekly!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Not much! Ive been very happy with everything so far. There was a glitch between our quick books and NiceJob and we noticed we hadn't had any referrals for a bit, they were on top of it with managers emailing me and following up to ensure there was no break in service!

We are no longer having to chase and beg clients to give us a referral.

I love the automation to help get reviews from clients to write a review. They make it extremely easy for the clients and we have had the fastest review growth to date!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I gave 9 stars because I was disappointed to learn they charge in USD although they are a Canadian company. As a fellow Canadian company, it's frustrating always having to pay more because of the exchange. They should offer Canadians be able to pay in CAD.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the time to regularly ask for reviews as our current methods was not enough. Also, the fact that it posts updates to Facebook and our website helps us build value with no extra tasks on our plate!

Nicejob helped my business by creating a great website for my business. But more importantly they were instrumental in collecting reviews from my clients. They do all the work and I don't have to do anything.

I wish there were different pricing terms due to the fact I do not use social media and do not plan on it to promote my business.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

NiceJob gives you the most bang for your buck in a review service! Having invoices linked to automatically send reviews to customers was a game changer for us! It's also nice to have the ability to remove review requests from customers who may have a vendetta against you merely because of the price of something on not the customer service or service in general that was provided.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

NiceJob merely says "Great review by [name of person]..." and then adds their review to facebook.  It seems a little generic instead of just posting the review with the name.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob is helping to benefit us by sending out review requests to customers who have been invoiced.  By sending a link to the customer's phone directly, it allows them to easily provide a review instead of signing in or signing up for Google, fb, etc.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

It is easy to enter customer data in the NiceJob application. I like their protocol for seeking out reviews. I feel it maximizes the chance of me getting more precious reviews. In less than a year since joining, my total reviews have gone from around 25 to 73.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I would like it if the mobile app allowed me to stay logged in. Getting to the spot to 'Get a Review' is a bit clunky, but not horrible.

NiceJob is making it much easier to increase reviews for my business-  as in, less time spent with better percentages

There is not one thing that I dislike. They rock.

I love the automation. This program allows me to "set it and forget it" while still staying on track for my review goals. I also love the simplicity for the client.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

The main downside of this program is the cost. My CRM allows me to set up a program very similar to this, however, it would take more upfront work on my end. To save $75/month, it's worth the upfront work in my opionion.

This program creates a systematized way of reaching out to clients for reviews without forgetting the follow up. Many times, clients will not leave a review right when prompted, and the follow ups are key.

Remembering to send new clients a review request is hit or miss and creating an entire automated campaign for automated reviews is time consuming. NiceJob does this for me!

I think there should be pricing tiers. For new businesses, $75/m is steep. It's worth after business is rolling, but not right away!

There are a million things to remember to do as a small business owner. Reviews are important, but not always top of mind among the many priorities of a business owner. NiceJob is like an assistant who does the job for me. Saves me time and plays an important role in my business.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

As a small business owner, it's a challenge to find companies to help with customer reviews without costing an arm and a leg, tying you up to long-term contracts, paying upfront for one year..etc. When I bumped into NiceJob while googleing I almost couldn't believe it. Their review ratings were terrific, and their fees were affordable. I set up a presentation with their customer service, thinking there would surely be a catch. After the clear and straightforward presentation, I was still in shock. Could I have bumped into a company that still practices honesty and integrity, and it's affordable? I signed up four months ago and couldn't be happier with the results and the change they have made in my small business. I am pleased with all the features they offer and grateful to have them as part of my small business journey.

NiceJob is an excellent system for managing all of your review platforms.  It has a user-friendly interface and a professional way to text your customers a message requesting to leave a review.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Unfortunatly the POS system I have the customer database is not compatible nor does it comma delimate files.  Otherwise the system would operate seemlessly, generating the text message as soon as the customer picks up their clothes.

I implemented this system to make it easier for all customers to leave a review.  This is beneficial becasue I am more productive by bringing in new customers everyday.

As with any platform, it takes a bit to set it up to your preferences, but after that everything is exteremely seamless. Reviews are up and existing clients are more satisfied with knowing they're working with a trusted source once they see all the other reviews already up there.

The platform was a bit glitchy when i was setting up the workflows, so it took some time to get to the finish line. Billing messed up on my promised pricing at first.
