It may unindate our clients with too many texts about reviews and recommendations. That can be remedied by lowering the amount of review and recommendation requests going out to our clients, and spacing them further apart in time.

I'd prefer a more versatile tool that also allows sending feedback forms, gifts, and referral packages to clients. The functionality to manage diverse types of customer engagement from one platform would greatly enhance its value.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

We first started using NiceJob about 6 months after we first started this company and only had a handful of reviews come in. Since we started using NiceJob we have grown our reviews to 89 which is incredible for our first year in  business. We are positive that we could not have done this without them. Especially Giovanni...he was able to help us through a bump in the road when we switched CRM platforms. Nothing I was doing was getting me connected to the platform with NiceJob but he literally swooped in and saved the day. From customer service to the actual platform itself you can't go wrong. NiceJob is easy to use and 100% automated with my customer base. I know for sure that review requests are being sent out every day and I know it's paying off! If you're considering using their services I would highly recommend them!

I haven't found any downsides so far! No complaints here!

What I like best about NiceJob is the complete automation it offers. As soon as we send out an invoice through our existing system, PaintScout, NiceJob automatically starts requesting reviews from our clients. It's seamless, easy, and has saved us so much time compared to manually following up with each customer. Plus, we've seen an increase in the number of clients actually leaving reviews. It’s made the whole process effortless and highly effective!

On top of that, the ease of implementation was impressive. Within a few minutes of signing up, I received a call from a NiceJob representative who guided me through the entire setup process. They helped me get everything up and running quickly, and even provided widgets for our website with simple, clear instructions on how to add them. The whole setup was smooth and fast, making it easy to start benefiting from the system right away.

So far, I have not come across any downsides to using NiceJob.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob is solving the challenge of efficiently collecting client reviews, which can be time-consuming and inconsistent when done manually. Before using NiceJob, we had to follow up individually with each client to request a review, which often led to missed opportunities. Now, with NiceJob’s automation, every client receives a prompt for a Google review right after we send an invoice through PaintScout, making the process seamless and hands-off.

This has benefited us in multiple ways. It saves valuable time that we can now spend on other parts of the business, and we’ve seen a noticeable increase in review participation. More reviews mean a stronger online presence, which directly impacts our credibility and helps attract new customers. It's a win-win for both our efficiency and our reputation!

We were only getting 1 review a year before NiceJob. They were easy to work with, easy to set up & integrate with our software Jobtread. All we have to do is click a button and we are getting more reviews than ever. This has helped keep our website updated and it automatically posts on Facebook which has been increasing our views. I only have postive things to say about NiceJob!

Someone complained about the pop up reviews on our website. But that is completely personal preference.

In addition to asking for reviews during our final stages of the construction project, it is easy to send the Nicejob Campaign. It has totally worked great for us to get Google Reviews, to update our website with the reviews, and our facebook page.

It integrates very well with Jobber, which is the CRM I'm using right now, You can choose how you want to ask for reviews, either selected customers, or select all.  Customer support has been outstanding, with the techs being very knowledgeable and friendly. Super easy to use, and inplement, not a huge learning curve like some software I have tried in the past.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I worried that it would "hound" customers for reviews, and cause them to leave a negative one, or be upset. It has not been validated by expierence, so far everyone I have asked for a review has left a 5 star!

I always found it akward to ask for reviews, this makes it painless. i would also forget to ask, this sofware helps remind me to strive for and ask for the 5 star reviews that help move my business forward.

Ideally if you use a CRM see if its integrated. If you use Housecall Pro it's a must.

I wish there was a way to have the engage widget display reviews from multiple locations, but there isn't currently. I've run into a few glitches with our HubSpot integration and duplicate reviews being displayed, but their Support team has helped me address them promptly.

Nicejob does a great job automating my request for reviews. I'm a very busy startup in the service industry and quite often forget to ask for reviews that are very important to growing my business. Nice job made it completely automated  aggregating my review request in one place and syndicating reviews to multiple platforms in addition to giving me a automated rewards programs and a referral program.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

The only thing I would change is in the creation of the social post for Facebook the ability to boost it in a richer content format.

Aggregation and syndication of the reviews in one place and automation of the requests for review.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Nicejob helped us scale our tree company so well that we sold it to a competitor! It was incredibly easy to set up and integrate with Jobber. We are excited to now have Nicejob work with us on our next business and have them provide a combination of done-for-you, and done-with-you services to get our web presence up and running integrated with our most important apps. Customer service is personal, consistent and effective. After making our final decision to work with them again, I was onboarded within 48 hours.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

The only issues are the typical downsides of working virtually with an outsourced team, reception, connection, and the delays inherent in remote contact.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building our online presence is tedious and we don't have the time and skills to keep up with current tech and trends. Nicejob team members know what are current best practices and have shortened the time in getting our marketing systems going.

There are many things I like about Nice Job. I like the ease of uploading our client list,I like how easy it is to enter new clients and sending a text for a review and then a referral! Also the customer support i s superb!

I guess the only thing would be that there isn't a way to categorize a client list specific to each hair stylist.

It is so easy for our clients to just click a link and leave a review. It takes all the fear out of trying to figure it out.

Only feature I wish it had was a buffer that allowed you to address any poor reviews before they are posted to google. Not a big issues for us with a 4.9 rating.

We have been a client of NiceJob for about two years now.  They have done a great job in generating reviews for us.  Their approach is very positive and customers seem to be happy to leave a review.  Before NiceJob, we were not asking for reviews and, therefore, did not have many.  They changed that very quickly.  We have never gotten a complaint from any customer about them or they way that they solicit the reviews.  NiceJob was very easy to implement.  We were up and running in no time at all.  NiceJob has been a gamechanger for us.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I cannot think of anything negative to say.  Their fee is reasonable and their process works.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had almost no reviews and now we have over 100 five star reviews.  Our customers have always been happy with us, we just were not asking them to leave a review.  NiceJob does that for us.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

They have great customer support.  I like how they were able to customize when reviews are sent out with different rules.  They also let customers leave a review on your website if they don't have a google account.

For employees that hate asking for reviews from your customers, NiceJob makes this a lot easier and really reduces that friction.

The integration with your accounting software is also really smooth and seamless as it reads your invoice data to send out appropriate reviews to the customers who transact with you.  

It was very easy to implement as well.

So far there has not been much I dislike about Nicejob.  I have a few people that have submitted reviews that aren't showing yet, so maybe understanding the time frame for the review postings.

I struggle to ask my clients to leave me a Google review.  Nicejob organized my clients and sends out the notifications for me in an easy format for my clients to use.  This allows me to receive reviews more frequently and gain a better reputation.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Salesperson described product well and how it could help my business get more high end, best-fit customers, not just run of the mill customers, because high ratings mean I can charge a higher price point for my very high quality work. Saleperson contacted me repeatedly bc my timing wasnt good, then passed me to onboarding which was SEAMLESS integration with my Quickbooks Online software. Onboarder was very patient, helpful, and customized my texts and emails, and allowed me to NOT ask clients 3 times for a review (that's annoying! I only want to ask once). She also stayed on with me until I finished and repeatedly asked if I had any questions and gave me her direct number and email for later. so EXCELLENT customer service! I like that it integrates google, IG and facebook reviews into one place. I don't yet know how many reviews I"ll get, I only have 13 at the moment. But I'm doing a 4 month half-price trial, so hopefully will be worth it.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

Haven't yet seen how many reviews it generates, so that will be the true test. I also asked about adding widgets to my web site and onboarder siad that's not something they offer, but the nicejob help website says it is, so  I'll call and ask them. Maybe she wanted to get off the phone?

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Currently, our business has about 484 reviews and I couldn't be more satisfied with Nice Job. The setup is seamlessly easy, and I can't remember when that happened because I never touched it again. The magic happens when I send an invoice or email to a client. Nice Job does the rest for me by following up with my clients for reviews. The staff is friendly, and I have never had a problem that they couldn't solve for me in a very nice and proactive approach. At the end of the day, I always look for vendors and partners that are easy to talk to, understand my problems, and devote genuine human effort to take care of it. Nice Job has my 5-star reviews

Configuration and onboarding is super smooth. Incredibly easy to use. Integration is great. Customer support is very prompt.

I don't love that there isnt a way to find out if people are actually happy. There should be a way that we capture someone that is unhappy, then route them to an email. So there would be two stages to filter and prevent unhappy customers from leaving bad reviews.

Garthering reviews manually is time consuming and hasn't yeilded good results.

Automation is awesome. It's also a lot less expensive than birdeye. I've become a reseller and use it for several clients, and my rep is awesome! I get daily updates from clients new 5 star reviews.

We have paid to have a new website built but the developers have never been able to solve several Google indexing issues which prevent our web pages from being indexed through Google. This is a huge issue and they have not been able to fix it for several months. It is still not currently fixed.

Once your setup is done correctly, magic will happen. It is very easy to use, and client support is exceptional. The team is available to walk you through step by step.

I can't see each client's detailed status. When a client opens an email, it is not reflected in the client's profile. They have to improve the "Insights" page.
