Tridium was the software. It does well and stand strong with competitors. **What do you dislike about Niagra 4?** There is nothing which that i dislike. However few improvements can be made via the ui interface which can provide few better improvements. **What problems is Niagra 4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems for facility management to manage a building effectively. It is used in both server and JACE, and in some cases, there is no need for a server. JACE works as a server. **What do you dislike about Niagra 4?** Compared to other software, it is hard to search for a history log or point name or graphics in database, or maybe I don't know yet. But compared to Honeywell EBI, if you know a point name, you can search it easily in database. Or there is a specific folder for all graphics, same is true for searching history trend. **Recommendations to others considering Niagra 4:** Great product **What problems is Niagra 4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** BMS maintenance, configuration logic and programming. If you use a low specification machine to run it, you may face performance issues. They are still not BACnet secure connect certified unlike Delta Controls. I recommend Delta Controls. It's easy to use and very user friendly. **What do you dislike about Niagra 4?** 1. Sometime it's uses so much resources from computer which causes computer to run slowly. 2. Sometimes BacNet discovery is slow due if many devices are there to integrate. **What problems is Niagra 4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** mainly BMS issues which include solving BMS network intergation and using html interface for creating web based graphics and integrate all the third party drivers. ### 8.
