It also can't be trained to create custom, business-specific insight categories without needing manual CSV exports and re-analysis in Excel. Last year renewal pricing was 999 CHF, this year it is 1999 CHF. This is for a licence which cost 2499 CHF.

The pricing on the site has vanished, we're told is now 1000 CHF per user per year.
