What do you like best about Nextiva?

I would say that the ability to make adjustments to the call flow/programming, users, admin on the client end is extremely helpful. So much better than the old! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Due to the complexity of our setup, we spent a considerable time in the initial set up of our service and call flow. Now that setup is complete it is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva has solved our issue of administrative access to our voice mail system and call routing. It has also been very beneficial in the remote capabilities using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
