I spent money to place an ad on NextDoor but the ad never appeared and it was only possible to find any mention of my company thru a search of the site. I asked my friends that live nearby and none of them saw an ad for my company. A complete waste of money! Also an extremely difficult site to navigate from a business perspective. NextDoor makes it easy to communicate with people as well as receive reviews and recommendations. It's good if you are targeting a specific location/area and it's pretty cost-effective. Good platform for B2C businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
