## Newson.io Reviews
  ### 1. Does not deliver on expectations

**What do you like best about Newson.io?**

I am updating my review to present only facts, without emotion or speculation at request of Charles Newson. 

Fact 1: I paid for services on May 14, 2025, but my account did not launch until June 4, 2025. From the website and verbally from Charles I expected a week. 

Fact 2: Technical issues prevented the program from functioning properly for over three weeks. These were not noticed by the Newson team, despite multiple Slack inquiries from me. The issues were only addressed after I raised my concerns and requested a refund directly with Charles Newson. At that point, Charles agreed to put one of his best teams on the account, fix the technical issues, waive the first month due to the problems, and improve communication.

Fact 3: Once issues were resolved, messaging campaigns required additional adjustments due to minimal responses. At my request, the team provided new messaging, which I could see was running and appeared to improve performance. I was told that three appointments were booked during the four months of service, but I cannot verify this as I was never provided details of who, when, or what took place. I was only told by Charles that he personally took the appointments.

Fact 4: After my July 14 payment, billing charged my account again just two weeks later on the 31st—shortly after I had emailed to give notice of termination due to disappointment in the service. The charge was refunded the next day. In response to my termination request, I was told I had two options:
	1.	Pay for the third month and continue services until they could deliver a client, or
	2.	End services early on August 14, 2025.

I chose the second option, as after four months I had no results and did not see potential for any ROI even if they delivered at some point a client. 

Fact 5: Despite agreeing to the second option, my account was charged again on August 14. I was emailed an invoice showing a refund, but no refund ever posted to my credit card. I was forced to dispute the charge with my creditor, and the case remains under review.

Fact 6: After I posted my review, Charles Newson  emailed me requesting that I edit my review to be factual because he didn’t feel it fair to enter inaccuracies in the review. I admit that I was emotionally reactive at the time of my initial review.

In the end, I relied on this company to deliver clients. In my initial call with Charles, he expressed confidence that they could do so. Services ran from May 14, 2025, through August 14, 2025. I have no clients to show for it, only a smaller bank account and a diminished outlook on outsourced lead generation.

**What do you dislike about Newson.io?**

There are many things as you can see from my response. But my OPINION is, if they cared about their clients’ actual results as much as they do throwing additional services at an attempt to make nice to keep payments coming , they might actually deliver better results, reduce their churn,  and make more reoccurring revenue. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. 

**Recommendations to others considering Newson.io:**

Stay away. Do not fall prey to the website propaganda or the expectations discussed on the qualifying initial call. It sounds good but it’s all very overinflated promises.

**What problems is Newson.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Newson.io ie.Remoteceo.io creates problems not solves them. They have benefited us in no way .They actually charged my agency near 5k to deliver zero results. We signed up for DFY services expecting 1-3 clients a month. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t got a single
client or verified booked appointment. Communication is done through slack and response is very slow if at all unless they need something from you.  Technical issues from day one which no one recognized until I repeatedly reach out from concerns of seeing no movement in the dashboard. Charles Newson did speak with me a few times via phone call only to tell me it would be fixed. I have spent more time chasing them down than I have doing it all myself. Billing has charged
me 2x now when they weren’t  suppose to
and I am still waiting on a reversal for the last one. The only DFY service they have provided is a making us wary of all lead gen companies out there.

**What do you like best about Newson.io?**

Newson.io delivers exactly what they promise — real, qualified B2B meetings with zero fluff. What impressed me most is their integration with ProfilePartner.net, which gave us 10 real, ID-verified LinkedIn accounts operated by trained outreach agents. It allowed us to scale outreach across different markets without violating LinkedIn's terms or relying on risky automation.

Everything from onboarding to copywriting and lead list building was handled for us. Within weeks, we had meetings with ideal-fit prospects and even closed two deals in month one.

**What do you dislike about Newson.io?**

Honestly, not much. Pricing could be clearer on the website, but once onboarded, they broke down the value of each element. You get what you pay for.

**Recommendations to others considering Newson.io:**

Any B2B company, founder, or agency owner looking to scale outbound sales compliantly without building an in-house team. Especially useful for SaaS, consulting, and marketing agencies.

**What problems is Newson.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to consistently generate warm B2B leads through outbound. Now we have a system that does it all -- from multi-channel outreach to Slack-based communication with agents and weekly updates. It’s a fully managed sales pipeline in a box.

Any B2B company, founder, or agency owner looking to scale outbound sales compliantly without building an in-house team. Especially useful for SaaS, consulting, and marketing agencies.

I like that they do multi-channel, Linkedin, email and cold calls all under one roof.
And they have some amazing discounts for profilepartner.net accounts and sales nav

**What do you dislike about Newson.io?**

I was kinda disappointed they didn't have an annual option to pay they only offer month to month or quarterly

**Recommendations to others considering Newson.io:**

I'd recommend going with their Enterprise and DFY setting option. Magnificent. Also Understand that every niche is not the same, it may take some time before you see results and not ever business gets leads. If you're ready for scale go to them asap.

Newson provides LinkedIn & Cold email leads and a DFY managed service in the business development department for your business.

I wasn't happy at first with the cold strategy approach but after seeing how well it works I am super ok with it now!

Make sure to pick the right plan and you will see incredible ROI

Having consistent pipeline and qualified deal flow has always been a recurring challenge.
Working with Newson has fixed that void. They supply endless amount of leads that we convert into closed deals.
I recommend working with them as they provide a whole lot of experience, professionalism and results.

Give them 3 months to generate you ROI takes a while with outbound but its' worth it.. They 10X'ed my investment.

I like their model. They provide you outreach tools, Linkedin profiles for rental and a really overally convenient and scalable solution.

Nothing really I enjoyed their onboarding and overall process.

I would say go for 10+ agent profiles we got around 20+ appointments a month from them.

**What do you like best about Newson.io?**

The communication has been amazing. There have been a lot of changes internally since we had a startup. Whenever we communicate that we are pushing a new service, the team adjusts and makes the changes without any complaints.

**What do you dislike about Newson.io?**

The downside is that it is coming more from our team than Newson. I would like to expand quickly, and we just don't have the manpower to do that. If we were in the position, I know Newson would be able to scale with us.

**Recommendations to others considering Newson.io:**

I recommend you work with Newson. I will continue my partnership with them for as long as we are profitable and right now it's looking real good! The team has also been amazing, one of the better teams I've worked with. I have already recommended Newson to some of my internal networks.

**What problems is Newson.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Newson.io is an extension of my sales team. They have been a great help in getting us new leads. From prospecting to closing, they have been a part of our team and journey. They have successfully closed deals for us, and we will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.

Nothing whatsoever amazing service. It's definitely worth the investment.

Been very pleasurable working with their team. I'd recommend signing up as it's a risk free option and they do all the heavy lifting for you.

Been very pleasurable working with their team. We joined their Agency Done For You Program after hearing the positive results other agency founders and entrepreneurs had experienced by joining. We spoke to 3 references and they all blew us away with their reviews of it. I am based in the US and we have always wanted to build our own 7 figure agency. We don't have time to do prospecting and run everything so we needed help and newson provided that. Thank you team I am looking forward to see the amazing results you will bring over the next couple of months.

Their api consistently failed, they're communication wasn't good, they didn't produce results, and now they aren't even bothering to give us the time of day.

**Recommendations to others considering Newson.io:**

Go somewhere else, no results here just a waste of money and time.

We have been with Newson RCEO for 4 months and haven't gotten a single meeting. They're no longer responding to emails or slack messages.
