To be honest, my belief that NewSci can analyze unstructured data, which are customer call recordings, makes me surprised. Using it, we are able to gain insights of sentiment levels and tracking the ones that conventional tools might miss. It feels like moving from standard data analysis to a real-time data analysis, which is a thing of such skilled analysts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the data sets grow bigger, it becomes harder for NewSci to keep up with the requisite computational power and storage space. Acknowledging the fact that working with large data may involve long processing time would only restrict our ability to have the insights in the short term.
