I like that you can build a template for each department and then create user signatures from the template. I found the program to be extremely user-friendly and the navigation is great. I did not dislike anything about the product. Getting a hang of designing the template was a bit of a challenge, but it could have been because of "user error". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy to get started and great variety of templates. It took me just a minute or two to create my 1st signature ...but then I started to experiment with all the templates. The only thing I can think of that I don’t like is removing it quickly from emails I don’t want it on. The designs are in several pieces so if you want to delete the stamp you need to delete several things instead of just one.

I like the fact that's there's no missing which department our clients are dealing with and the personalisation which is achieved with our user photos. The ability to include CTAs, banner ads and important links drives clicks where we want them. I honestly haven't found a fault with this yet. My initial setup was easy, I was an early adopter so there were, at that time, one or two bugs but those have been completely ironed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After playing with NewOldStamp for a half hour or so, I concluded that either it is not configurable enough to give me the look I wanted, or it wasn't intuitive enough for me to figure out how to use it.
