
I really like how fluid the onboarding and support are with Newo.ai. It's easy to get an agent up and running for a client, which saves time and lets me show off the technology quickly as a reseller and partner. The cost-effectiveness and reduction in integration costs are major benefits, too. I appreciate how Newo.ai's team and platform allow for what I would call self-sourcing, which means I can enable the AI agent to do more things directly with customers' CRM tools. It definitely increases the availability of the agent to handle tasks for small to medium-sized businesses while being cost-effective for them. The initial setup is amazing and works almost instantly. I think the UI is an improving, evolving platform. Giving it to a customer without a little bit of training is sometimes difficult.
