It's easy with New Relic Infrastructure to quickly spot where there are problems in your deployed infrastructure. The tabs let you drill down into Hosts, Network, Storage, Processes, and Inventory. The ability to save filter sets make it a breeze to quickly set up custom collections of hosts, and the ability to create filter sets based on TAGs in your Amazon deployed fleet allows quick separation between environments.
One particularly useful feature was in Inventory, it quickly identified whichi hosts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New Relic used to offer the ability to inspect machine metrics via the APM product, but moving this into a separate breakout Infrastructure product increases our costs. In fairness, the Infrastructure product is much more comprehensive.
If you don't use packages to deploy your software, then the Inventory tab may not give you as much value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Both hosting and dev can use New Relic to see what the bottlenecks and errors are with our applications and websites. We sometimes have high error rates and need to ensure that our applications are running to their potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface could use a facelift and be a bit more intuitive with navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pros of New Relic Infrastructure include, most importantly for my company, to manage and monitor all of your servers at once. When running several (more than 10) servers, this is a key feature. Further, Infrastructure can handle both local servers and cloud based servers as it is compatible with most cloud based platforms like AWS, IBM Cloud, and Google Cloud services. Further, if you already use New Relic APM and Insights as my company does, Infrastructure integrates seamlessly without any further installation. Finally, the user interface is amazing, giving charts and lists as well as the ability to filter and sort through your servers to see real time and usable data like load and memory usage. For my use, there isn't much to dislike as I use Infrastructure as it comes with APM and Insights and I did not expect anything beyond a platform to monitor my servers, however the name can be very misleading. New Relic Infrastructure only has the capabilities to monitor your servers, and cannot monitor any other local hard devices such as routers or extenders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Error rates, apdex scores and throughput by the minute everything required to maintain a website. Very useful for deciding on what alerts to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can suggest I dislike or at least wish could be sorted would be the 5 minute delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of detail provided is strong, and the overarching catch point aggregation works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The licensing cost is way too high, competitor products offering similar functionality for exponentially lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It made my life easier as startup i have to do lot of things without being so especiallized in devops,
to understand the system behavior in rush hours and find bottle nicks in performance issues ( controllers urls ), its like magic just put is on one server AMI and it will detect all EC2 on amazon to watch all of them.
it will show you frustrated users and where the time was spent most to tune.
and it is cloud based and easy to setup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the free version is quite impressive , but even when i tried the paid with full features , it was less than i expected so i re treated to the free one, the thing is for example database queries that is slow and need indexing dose not show the where statment values tokens. Provide best analytics using DB SQL logs, execution time , API response time. Can judge SQL slower based on transaction time , can easily hook with Spring boot application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More troubleshooting is required when we get into error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gives simple and detailed performance insights for each part of your application or environment and that too in real-time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the data points we capture in our DB aren't able to be exported into our instance of New Relic. However, I still give a 9/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
