Customer support for this product is excellent and cooperative. it is easy to use and good product who is using the cloud infrastucture. **What do you dislike about NetZoom?** There is no exact dislike or I have not come across any dislike for this software but sometimes it is slow, and work can be lost. **Recommendations to others considering NetZoom:** yes it will very helpful tool **What problems is NetZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** it will help to manage big data and sound data center solutions where we can store data with security ### 2. The library of stencils is enormous, and you can find it quickly. They provide excellent service and can import all reports easily. **What do you dislike about NetZoom?** There is nothing that I didn't like in this product, but they should provide autosave service because sometimes the program gets locked in the middle, and if I haven't saved the document, it is all lost. **What problems is NetZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product is very flexible that I needed. ### 3. Easy to get stencils for your layout. Helpful to lay out your network and any type of drawing needs. It has many templates available and these are easy to find. **What do you dislike about NetZoom?** Just one thing can be improved is sometimes hangs in the middle of a drawing and I lost my drawings most of the times this happened. **What problems is NetZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used this for rack elevations build. ### 4.
