All they do is verify that word-for-word COIs match the example COI. If not, they reject it, even for unnecessary reasons like a certificate holder not listed for a state you don't operate in or having policy limits higher than required. It's impossible to get them to change the status, and they claim the client requires it that way even if property managers agree with you. It's very frustrating and they charge you for this headache. It's a scam! The initial setup is also very difficult. **What problems is NetVendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** NetVendor creates problems for us. They don't understand compliance criteria, leading to unnecessary rejections, even when coverage is appropriate. It's frustrating and costly since they charge for this headache. ### 2.
