It has a greater decree in terms of ease of implementation provided you have the right partner. It provides extensive customization options, along with a wide range of standard suites and SuiteApps, including those from third parties. The ecosystem, especially the support available from partners, is excellent and makes it easy to work with. **What do you dislike about NetSuite?** At times, I find that Netsuite support is not particularly helpful, especially when it comes to major functionalities that should work but don't. Instead of addressing these issues promptly or offering alternative solutions, support often categorizes them as Enhancements. Unfortunately, some of these enhancements are never implemented and can remain unresolved for as long as four years. This is an area where I believe Netsuite really needs to make improvements. **What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily, Netsuite serves as a financial hub, and for most businesses we implement, financial management is the top priority. It makes sense that Netsuite handles our accounting and financials above all else. In addition, there are numerous integration options. With a wide range of third-party integration middlewares, including Netsuite's own FarApp and trusted partners like Celigo and Boomi, there are plenty of choices available. If you have an internal team or prefer to avoid ongoing integration costs, Netsuite SuiteScripts also provide an effective way to manage integrations. While we address different challenges for each business where we implement Netsuite, financial management remains the most common and significant one. ### 5. Also, the Advance Revenue Module for SaaS is thorough and was the first to be best in class whilst adopting ASC 606. **What do you dislike about NetSuite?** The reporting can be a bit challenging, especially for some of the additional modules such as Fixed Asset Management. There is also not an easy way to manage billing adjustments for simple things, such as sales tax, as the revenue module is tied to all invoicing and credit activity. Lastly, I found the implementation to be a bit of a struggle but I believe that was more of an edge case of our implementation manager missing the comprehension of a few of our use cases. Further challenging this is the rigidity in how Netsuite uses system GL accounts to perform certain functions that didn't fit our old system. This brought challenges in data loading GL activity to our FP&A platform. **What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were in an environment whereby invoicing was performed separate from our revenue recognition subledger. This yielded the inability to reconcile Deferred Revenue. Netsuite solved that issue by having each invoice tie directly to deferred revenue so that we could have detailed Deferred Revenue by contract. ### 9.
