## NetSuite Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Warehouse Control, But a Steep Learning Curve and Complex Daily Tasks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola B. | Junior Penetration tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is strong for managing warehouse operations once it’s properly configured.
Inventory tracking, stock visibility, and order processing are all handled in one system, which reduces errors and manual work.
It works well when dealing with higher volumes and multiple workflows across procurement, fulfilment, and reporting.
For established warehouses, it provides structure and control that spreadsheets can’t.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The system has a steep learning curve, especially for warehouse staff who just need to move stock quickly.
The interface can feel slow and overly complex for simple day-to-day tasks like picking, receiving, or adjustments.
Changes and customisations often require admin knowledge or external consultants, which adds time and cost.
Training is essential, otherwise productivity can drop.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps centralise warehouse operations by keeping inventory, orders, and reporting in one place.
It reduces stock discrepancies, improves traceability, and supports better planning across inbound and outbound operations.
While it takes time to implement properly, it scales well for growing warehouses and complex logistics environments.
The main benefit is having accurate, real-time operational data instead of relying on manual tracking.

  ### 2. Efficient Financial Tracking, Needs Faster Journal Uploads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney H.

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the account reconciliation setup and some of the custom report options in NetSuite. The bank reconciliation feature makes it quicker to reconcile accounts within the software. The custom report options make it easy to pull reports needed each month since they're saved in one place. Also, for me, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The process to upload journal entries takes a long time and is inconvenient.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite tracks financials, helps research and correct variances, and streamlines account reconciliation. The custom report options simplify monthly reporting by saving reports in one place.

  ### 3. Comprehensive ERP with Real-Time Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Upmi S. | anaylyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's ability to provide real-time visibility and reporting across sales, inventory, and accounting. This feature helps me see which product is profitable and manage stock effectively by tracking inbound, outbound, and on-hand stock in real time. Additionally, NetSuite solves critical issues by providing an all-in-one solution, enabling faster growth.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I found the documentation weak when I started. It should be organized by task, not features.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solves critical issues by providing an all-in-one solution, enabling faster growth. It offers real-time visibility and reporting across sales, inventory, and accounting, helping me spot profitable products and manage stock efficiently.

  ### 4. Powerful Automation with Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite allowed us to automate many of the order entry, fulfillment, and accounting functions. This automation has enabled us to fulfill as many as 250 orders a day without needing additional staff, compared to just 20-30 orders previously. I also appreciate that it integrates with our LIMS, which helps us automate the order fulfillment process with our Lab.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The size/quantity limit of only allowing up to two sizes is a very limiting factor for us. The reporting features have also been limiting. Fixing the online support forms to integrate better with the fields used would be nice. KPIs should be easier to setup as well as having up to 200 items to see instead of just the top 50 items. The initial setup was a nightmare. We used NetSuite's team and they were clueless. We had to find an outside developer, purchase a whole new instance and it still took us over 18 months to go live.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps us automate order entry, fulfillment, and accounting, boosting capacity from 20 to 250 orders daily without extra staff. It integrates with our LIMS, automating order fulfillment processes.

  ### 5. Wonderful ERP system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla F. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love the way netsuite is capable of many integrations. This facilitates our company to do business across multiple, platforms and regions. I also love some functions that are unique to Netsuite such as the search bar, report cusomizations and making copies of journal entries. These are only a few of my favorite things about Netsuite, but overall it has so much more to offer. Last thing I would mention is the many evens and seminars that Oracle offers for free to educate users about this wonderful product. Everyone should take advantage of this!

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There is nothing at the moment I dislike about NetSuite. I have been a user now for one year and still get to learn new things that are very useful for my role as an accounting manager.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integration accross multiple platforms.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Karla! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 6. Intuitive ERP with AI Features, but Lacks Responsive Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite easy to use and very intuitive. I also like that it has, like, AI features which help me save time. Instead of searching for information manually, I can just ask a quick question and get what I need. This is really helpful for running queries and doing research, as well as generating reports.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The support team is not responsive. My account manager often does not respond or takes a long time to get back to me. This makes me want to look for a different or better account manager to handle my account and relationship. Also, the initial setup of NetSuite was somewhat painful, largely because of poor support.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite hosts our financial information end to end, it's easy to use, and very intuitive. The AI feature saves time by letting me get information quickly without manual searching.

  ### 7. Robust Reporting Yet Challenging to Implement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like being able to run consolidations and eliminations seamlessly in NetSuite. It's also great to have a more robust payable platform and reporting platform.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think the banking module in NetSuite is severely lacking, especially when compared to other software currently on the market like QuickBooks, which we switched from. It's a huge learning curve to use the banking module, and features like bank match data, bank reconciliations could all be greatly improved with better automation. Also, the initial setup was awful, and we ended up needing a third party to help implement the software.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with consolidated reporting and tracking project costs. I like how seamless it is to run consolidations and eliminations, and it provides a robust payable and reporting platform.

  ### 8. Easy to Use with Handy Saved Searches and Account Payments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Head of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The ease of use. Saved searchs, and account payment.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The thing I dislike about NetSuite is the allocation functionality. Although I have not tested it in the new environment.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a much better accounting tool then what our agencies used previously. So it is providing more consistent reporting and faster reporting.

  ### 9. Powerful Customization, But Pricey and Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen D. | Finance and Accounting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the customization of entry forms in NetSuite. We can choose the fields and field options that are relevant to our operations and hide the irrelevant parameters.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The price of NetSuite is quite high, and editing any of the customizations requires additional fees and support. The initial setup wasn't easy; we had a consultant to help, but they dropped the ball and did not complete the training and integration. Also, no tools are directly integrated with NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with bill entry, reconciliation, and invoicing. I like the customization of entry forms, allowing us to choose relevant fields and hide irrelevant parameters.

  ### 10. Streamlined POs, Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeeshan S. | Inventory Controller

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how in NetSuite, I can directly send purchase orders to suppliers without needing to download and send them via email. The Dashboard is also something I appreciate, as it provides clear insights and trends about inventory, sales, and purchases. Demand planning in NetSuite is quite useful since I can plan the demand for products by reviewing historical sales data. The interface is easy to use, and the search box makes it easy to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find it frustrating that the demand and supply plan is generated by single item, not by a Supplier. If I select a supplier, it should create a demand and supply plan for all the listed products against that selected supplier. Also, the opening and closing stock should be clearer.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to easily send POs directly to suppliers. The Dashboard provides clear insights into inventory, sales, and purchases, while demand planning helps me review historical sales trends effectively.

  ### 11. Robust, Simple Integrations and a Great Saved Searches Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Guillermo B. | ERP Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Its integration with third-party applications is robust and simple. The Saved Searches tool is great.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I believe that users should not be asked to directly specify the accounting account in various scenarios—for instance, within Inventory Adjustments. At that stage, users are typically not accounting experts. Instead, I have created a custom record type called "Adjustment Reasons," which automatically contains the specific account I wish to use.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, I am not expecting anything new from NetSuite.

  ### 12. Simple Yet Powerful Accounting Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Human Resource Sergeant

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite to be a simple and easy-to-use accounting platform. I really like how creating journal entries, running reports, and building imports can be done with ease. The versatility of the platform is enhanced by its many connectors like Solution7. Being able to map thousands of rows and columns of data to NetSuite fields and building out reusable templates speeds up our close process significantly.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The native reporting functions in NetSuite aren't great. It's clunky to build custom reports and the exports don't look great or executive. This requires the use of exporting TB data to Excel and building custom reports or using connectors like Solutions7 to automate the builds. The initial setup was a bit of a challenge.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is a simple and easy-to-use accounting system that maps big data, speeding up our close process. Its simplicity and usability are valuable, allowing easy creation of journal entries, and report generation, and supporting versatile connectors like Solution7.

  ### 13. Highly Customizable, Powerful Tool with Endless Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The amount of options and customization.
IF all features are used correctly, Netsuite is an amazing and powerful tool.
With customization, suitelets, restlet, is possible to create amazing features, itneractions and services.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It sometimes is slow, and need a lot of clicks to find what you need or do what you want. (although, the search bar is really powerful)

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is on the same place.
Everything is connected.
At the end every number makes sense

  ### 14. Easy to Navigate and Integrates with Adaptive, but Reporting and Support Fall Short

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The upsides are that it integrates with Adaptive, and the ease of navigation once you get used to the software.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The reporting function is very poor and difficult to use- including saved searches, basic revenue and def rev reports. In addition, the support is poor. The revenue module is a black hole that makes it impossible to identify errors in revenue and spot them before they become bigger issues, as well as to understand what is happening in the background is impossilbe.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None right now.

  ### 15. Effortless Payment Tracking and Vendor Verification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria A. | Procure to Pay Specialist, Accounting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

In my experience, the most valuable aspect is how easy it is to track payments, manage credit notes, and verify vendors' banking details. I also find the ability to save frequent activities as 'favorites' particularly convenient, especially when I need to generate a report.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

What I like least about Netsuite is that when searching for a bill or vendor, you have to enter the exact information. This becomes challenging if the team responsible for creating profiles makes a typo or includes an extra space, as even a small error can make it impossible to find a vendor.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite has been very useful for our team when managing payment runs. It enables us to pay multiple bills for the same vendor in a single process, which streamlines our workflow. If another department needs to find a specific payment later, it is easy to locate the remittance and forward it to the vendor. Additionally, Netsuite supports having multiple banking accounts for the same vendor, which is helpful if we receive instructions to pay to a different account.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 16. Efficient Financial Reporting but Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake C. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really like how well NetSuite handles financial statement reporting. It's great that the financial statements are customizable, allowing us to create point and click reports for stakeholders. Additionally, I've found saved searches to be very versatile and they provide great insights into our data.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I don't like the fixed asset module because it's complicated, unintuitive, finicky, and pricey.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solves the complexity of nonprofit segments like grants and funds. Its financial statement reporting is customizable for stakeholder needs, and saved searches provide versatile data insights, enhancing decision-making.

  ### 17. Robust System, But Costly Add-Ons

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Head of Operations Systems, Financial Advisor, Director

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite is a deep system. It also has the ability to handle complex accounting, which is valuable for my needs.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Bulk loading of information is slow and clunky. Overall, the system has a lot of nickel and dime type add-ons that are not included in the base package and significantly increase cost. Almost everything that you do with NetSuite or the support team tends to increase the overall cost that comes with the charge - they love marking things as "out of scope" and requiring an add-on cost. NetSuite charges significantly more to use any sort of integration compared to other software like Salesforce.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite addresses my accounting needs and effectively handles complex accounting tasks.

  ### 18. Global Integration and Simplicity with Necessary Local Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mickaël G. | Product Manager BI

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love the simplicity of using NetSuite on a daily basis and its ability to adapt very easily to the company's needs without maintenance issues. All the information from all our businesses is centralized in one place and available in real-time for everyone.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The e-commerce suite would need to be updated, and local adaptations, particularly in France, sometimes take too long to be implemented in the standard. The support of an integrator is essential to perfectly adhere to French accounting standards, for example, for mirror entries or proper management of payment terms. Scripts have been necessary.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite centralizes all our business information in one place, available in real-time. It covers all company operations, from CRM to billing, with daily ease of use and easy adaptability to needs.

  ### 19. Easy to Use with Fast Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite incredibly easy to use, very light, and fast. I like the availability of all historic data and the ease of connecting with many other software. It's a popular software, which means many others, including Bill.com and Avalara, are compatible with it. The initial setup was very easy with our IT support.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The training course availability. I always want to improve my skill to write a report or create an ad hoc search. Right now I can only use very basic search functions and have to ask my IT people to write a report or search for me, which is inconvenient.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solved issues like the speed of sales order input and the preparation of monthly financial statements.

  ### 20. Centralized Financial Powerhouse with Minor Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how NetSuite centralizes so many accounting functions into one platform, making it much easier to manage day-to-day accounting operations without relying on multiple disconnected systems or spreadsheets. My favorite feature within NetSuite is the FAM module because the automation of depreciation and fixed asset tracking significantly reduced manual work.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

We are trying to implement the FAM module for leased assets, but it appears to be challenging. Bringing the mid-life value of leased assets into FAM seems to be challenging.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to centralize financial data and automate accounting tasks like journal entries and amortization, which cuts down on manual work. Its FAM module automates depreciation and asset tracking, easing management of accounting operations.

  ### 21. All Our Department Files and Accounts in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that it keeps so many of our department’s files and accounts all in one place, which makes everything easier to find and manage.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

This software is quite different from what we used previously, so it’s taking some time to adjust. So far, it feels a bit less user-friendly and seems more prone to human error.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us streamline our processes, making them more automated and modern. For me, the biggest benefit is that it keeps my work more efficient and organized.

  ### 22. Easy-to-Use CRM for Customer Data and Case Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Manager, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

We used NetSuite as our primary CRM while I was at iSolved. We relied on it to store customer data, and we also handled case management through it. Overall, it was easy to use and straightforward to navigate.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I feel like it performed comparably to other CRMs. That said, I always felt the interface didn’t look as nice or as clean as some others, like Salesforce or Hubspot.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to house customer data and to allow the support team to manage cases from there.

  ### 23. Highly Customizable, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna G. | Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how customizable NetSuite is. We have multiple subsidiaries, each with unique needs from manufacturing to sales processing to payment collection, and it has the capability to adapt to each.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I wish there was some way of NetSuite telling me 'this field hasn't been used in 5 years' or 'this field isn't connected to anything else, no search or reports.' There are a lot of workflows, scripts, and fields that are not used and make the environment junky. Notifications for unused, duplicate, or overlapping flows would be helpful, like if one workflow is just counteracting another one. Specifically, I want notifications and real reviews of systematic processes.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite handles everything from inventory, tracking, reporting, sales, and finances. It adapts to the unique needs of our multiple subsidiaries across different functions.

  ### 24. User-Friendly with Room for Speed Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivette Q. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how user-friendly NetSuite is, and it's easy to access. I can use it anywhere as long as I have internet, and it's accessible via both phone and laptop. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes NetSuite is slow. If you customize reports with lots of filters, reports tend to take a very long time to generate.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for processing sales orders, and it helps with on-time financial standing. It's user-friendly and easily accessible anywhere with internet on a phone or laptop.

  ### 25. additional help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lutfia H. | Admin assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

it has more options and things to learn.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

it is a little bit slow sometimes to load

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had issues with the billing, especially when trying to edit the invoice later if I needed to change anything.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Lutfia! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 26. Fast, Anywhere Access With Powerful Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that everything is online, so I can access my books anywhere, at any time. It’s fast, and I’m able to find information quickly and efficiently. I also love the search bar function and use it frequently.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The only drawback I can think of is that there isn’t a way to search invoices or payments by dollar amount.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with having to constantly back up our files, but that’s no longer something we have to worry about. NetSuite is also much faster than our previous platform, so it definitely saves us time and makes day-to-day work feel more efficient.

  ### 27. Streamlined Financial Suite with Integration Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yadira H. | EVP/CFO+

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's quick search bar at the top, which allows me to type generic or very specific items at all levels of details, such as a vendor, a JE, or a report, and it will take me there. It makes finding what I need much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

In a Journal Entry, it's difficult to discern whether there's an attachment or not. The drilldown capabilities in a financial report are not as specific as expected; you have to try several times before you get the data you want. It has been a problem to integrate with the bank feeds. The initial setup of NetSuite was terrible, as the recommended healthcare partner was not the expert we were led to believe.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite replaced siloed systems, consolidating all information into one platform, and added new capabilities.

  ### 28. Easy, Intuitive, Cross-Platform Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio L. | Helpdesk analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It's easy to use, very intuitive, cross plataform

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It does not refresh automatically some screens

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes care of the inventory and keeps track of the operations

  ### 29. Strong Reputation and Integrations, but UI and Work Order Flexibility Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Reputation and integration with other software.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Poor UI and not flexible with our workorder and needs. Expensive.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not solving problems, just keeping the business growing and accountable.

  ### 30. Highly Customizable, Streamlines Data Entry

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark K. | NetSuite Support Manager ERP Solutions Group, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's ease of use and the ability to customize the user experience. The initial setup was fairly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The integrations with outside providers could use improvement, and the OAuth2 process is a bit annoying because it requires weekly refreshing. Setting up machine-to-machine tokens is also harder than it should be, needing a custom third-party application, which makes it more complicated.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite streamlines data entry and processes and assists with reporting.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 31. Best-in-Class Reporting and Customization with SuiteScripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejaswini Reddy S. | AI-Integrated ERP Project Lead / Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The reports for analysis. I am a netsuite certified BI publisher and Reporting Associate. The way customization works and suitescrips are the best.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The navigation. The path is too long, which made my team to take time to learn

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports customization and inventory Centralization with import csv

  ### 32. User-Friendly Experience with Strong Performance and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia M. | AP Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

How user Friendly the system is withe the performance and Intergrations.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

so far everything is working good and I don't seem to have issues.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite has made it faster to upload Bills.

  ### 33. Excellent tool for collaboration and transparency with Procurement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alson D. | Senior Design Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It's a great tool when collaborating with procurement on things like vendor registration, onboarding and purchase order creation. I like that it's a single tool across the entire lifecycle.

What's really great is the ability to track who the request is sitting because that brings a lot of transparency to the process. It even helps plan followups when needed.

We use it for all of our procurement and some finance tasks.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It does take time getting used to especially the user interface as it's very much a legacy system build in terms of design.

I've never needed to use the support as it's pretty simple after a demo or two.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the manual back and forth required when raising a procurement request right from inception to the conversion to a Purchase Order

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Alson! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 34. Robust, But Not User-Friendly—and Upgrades Feel Overpriced

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam D. | Application Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It is robust and has a way to do everything you need it to do.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Not user friendly like at all, and have to pay for upgrades to do just about anything is just plain insulting to it's users

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better accounting features, I would say it is creating as many problems as it is solving.

  ### 35. NetSuite: Easy to Use with Excellent Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan A. | Accounting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is very easy to use. It has great reporting capabilities.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There is nothing that I dislike about NetSuite

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The report builder helped us streamline our inventory planning.

  ### 36. Seamless Financial Consolidation with Strong Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VIJAYTA J. | IT Project Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the seamless consolidation of financials of all subsidiaries through NetSuite OneWorld. Its consolidated reporting with all subsidiaries in a single dashboard is really valuable. I also appreciate its reporting, subscription module, and the support and training provided. The training courses are great for helping the team adopt NetSuite. As my company is a software company, I find the management of deferred revenue and subscription handling particularly useful.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I wish there was an AI chatbot where end users can query their company data from one chatbot window.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with seamless consolidation of financials across all subsidiaries and provides consolidated reporting in a single dashboard. Its training courses aid the team in adopting NetSuite, and it manages deferred revenue and subscription handling for our software company.

  ### 37. Strong ERP with localisation focus

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiranjit D. | Project Manager, Translation and Localization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

As a project manager in localisation, I really appreciate how NetSuite simplifies working across multiple markets. Its localisation features and integrations make it much easier to coordinate global projects and reduce manual effort. The visibility it gives into both financials and workflows is also a big advantage for keeping projects on track.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The interface can feel a little outdated compared to newer tools, and the learning curve in the beginning can be challenging for new users. Once you get comfortable, though, it’s a very capable system.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is helping us manage projects across different regions more smoothly by providing strong localisation support and centralised visibility. It reduces the manual work of tracking tasks and financials in separate systems, which saves time and makes cross-team collaboration much easier. For me as a PM, the biggest benefit is having everything in one place so I can quickly identify bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.

  ### 38. Robust Features with Implementation Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristine A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite because it offers the complexity and capability to report financials the way we want, especially with its fixed asset management. It has more capacity compared to QuickBooks Online.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The implementation process was slower due to the team being in different time zones, facing internet issues, and having illnesses. My own medical issues and part-time schedule also contributed to the delays. We tried to use NetSuite for employees to request POs, but it doesn't allow them to enter the account code, which takes away the reason I purchased additional licenses. The cash flow statement is too minimal. Being the only person working on the implementation on my side was a bit challenging, despite this being my third time implementing NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite handles adding subsidiaries and fixed asset management, offering more reporting capacity than QBO, crucial for our needs.

  ### 39. Intuitive and Efficient, But Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite easy to navigate and intuitive. I appreciate how simple it is to add attachments and the numerous fields available for inputting information. I also like having backup to journal entries.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I would like a more flexible way to get reports. The customize options are confusing; for example, if I need a P&L by vendor and try to customize the P&L, the field 'name' appears 100 times and I don't know which one it is.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for accounting, specifically for producing financial statements. It's easy to navigate and intuitive, making it simple to add attachments and organize information with numerous fields, providing backup to journal entries.

  ### 40. Solid Small-Business ERP, but Rigid with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mamdoh N. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It is a solid ERP in a smaller package. The implementation team was great in training us and helping us setup.
It's still an ERP, but it is easier than most our of the box packages.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It was too rigid for our use case.
It is in a place where smaller companies can transition to ERPs, but for many there would a large learning curve during this transition.
Some features are somewhat hidden in layers.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to consolidate our data and process into a single unified solution.
Streamlining warehouse, accounting, expenses, and order processing.

  ### 41. Difficult to Navigate, Glitchy, and Slow—Customizations Often Overridden

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn F. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Honestly, nothing. It is not user friendly for customer service. We have a lot of customizations, so that could be the reason why

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It is difficult to navigate, it has lots of glitches, very slow, limited to customizations and it's more out of the box product and when you do updates, you override some of our customizations.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

  ### 42. Highly Customizable Solution Tailored to Client Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like most is how customizable it is. I tell all of my clients that we can tailor it to their needs, without having to question whether their request is feasible.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite WMS has been a struggle to customize, and the out-of-the-box functionality doesn’t work well for most operations.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m a full-time NetSuite consultant, so it meets my work needs and also helps keep my team organized internally. We use NetSuite to track projects, tickets, time entry, and other related tasks.

  ### 43. Clean, Customizable, and Easy-to-Use Accounting in NetSuite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The software interface is very clean and easy to use. Almost all accounting/billing functions can be performed entirely within the system or can be done via uploads for large/bulk entries. NetSuite is very customizable and was fairly easy to implement with the help of a consulting company called Appficiency.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite has poor reporting functionality, they want you to purchase an additional budgeting & reporting package from them. Due to the level of customization, there were some complexities during go-live that created additional errors.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is a cloud-based system so we can connect from anywhere with internet connection. This has been a game-changer since our company has a hybrid work schedule.

  ### 44. Powerful Potential, but a Clunky UI and Hard to Tell What is Natively Included

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It does seem to have a lot of capabilities and potential.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The UI is a bit clunky, it doesn't have the easiest learning curve, learning is a bit overwhelming and can be hard to figure out where to start, and there are too many extra modules that require additional money. It's also very hard to tell when a module is included in your current subscription or will cost more money to add on.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is still pretty new to using it and I am even newer so, so far, the only benefit is that I can access it from anywhere. We were previously using Quickbooks Enterprise which isn't natively available on MacOS (which is what I have) so I wasn't even able to access it.

  ### 45. Robust Data Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay V.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I do like some of the reporting features that NetSuite has. Plus, it has a lot of metadata, like item data and information such as fabric fit. It can include details like merchandising information as well as vendor or supplier data. All these are collected and organized within NetSuite in different sections, which I find very helpful. Moreover, it helps in cross-functional business operations, where we stitch the data both inbound and outbound from NetSuite. The availability of reporting data that can be translated into a CSV sheet and then used in tools like Google Sheets, or even imported back into NetSuite after processing, is another aspect I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I've experienced issues with the staging playground, known as Boomi, in NetSuite. There's some delay and certain jobs don't run as they should or as scheduled. It could be better at identifying and reporting logs back to third-party applications. Connecting NetSuite more seamlessly could be improved. Also, the analytics and insights could be presented in a better way for both nontechnical and technical users.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite as my source of truth for purchase orders and item data, integrating information from various applications. It provides APIs for data retrieval and integration with third-party apps.

  ### 46. Easy Salesforce Integration, But Bank Feeds and Reporting Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Integration with SalesForce for Sales Order Processing. UI is easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Bank Feeds often fail and items are not matched automatically. Inability to add amortization to a credit card charge. Inability to change a Revenue Arrangement. Inability to take revenue by % of Completion without the Projects Module. Creating new reports is not intuitive.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic bank feeds (when they work). Ability to upload JEs via csv has saved time with JEs.

  ### 47. Comprehensive ERP with Room for Improvement in Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franci K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love that NetSuite is way more comprehensive than our last ERP, and we can add pretty much anything we could need if we want. I appreciate the ease of reporting and having everything in one place. I just love that it meets all of our needs and is usually straightforward.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I wish there were more training guides that were easy to print and give to operators that can't sit in front of their computer for hours to do training sessions. It was difficult because the organization heavily customized a lot of things instead of trying to work within native NetSuite where possible.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is comprehensive, allowing us to add what we need. It simplifies reporting and unifies our processes in one place. It meets our needs effectively and is generally straightforward.

  ### 48. Great Integration, but Reporting Needs Stronger Standard Options

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Penny S. | VP of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Integration, ability to write custom reports

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Standard customer and vendor reports are readily available. Cant run income statement for date specific

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with customer purchase orders

  ### 49. Comprehensive Management with Customization Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustav F. | Information System Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the structure and rules set in place with NetSuite. The product is set with finance first, so every step of the business process is incorporated into the service.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Certain features don't work or aren't easily customized to the users wants or needs. Additional support and services are costly add-ons and because of its 'adding on' over time it's inconsistent in many ways. Also, it can be difficult to find answers sometimes. I'm constantly being tried to be sold add ons. Reporting and viewing things for certain teams is difficult in NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps us manage business processes like finance, sales, procurement, shipping, and production efficiently. It's finance-first, integrating every step of the business process smoothly.

  ### 50. User-Friendly NetSuite That Streamlines Our Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite offers a user-friendly interface that helps streamline all of our business processes, making it easier for us to manage everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes the base package doesn’t include critical tracking aspects that our business needs to use for strategic purposes.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved our landed cost issues by providing a visible view into our inventory costs, which is essential for protecting product margins and staying at the forefront of our competition.
