What do you like best about NetSuite?

The user interface and the hands-on workflow builder. It is very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

System performance on a shared server can be slow at times. Sandbox operates much slower than production. Pricing for non-profits is too high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Challenging Setup and Limitations Hamper NetSuite's Potential"

What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like the ability to switch between sandbox and production environments without logging in multiple times. It's not necessarily valuable for my work, but it's a nice feature that NetSuite has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Not being able to allocate based on percentages per vendor, not having an easy way to maintain complicated routing rules. SuiteApprovals is terrible, having to find workarounds for bundles because I or other developers cannot edit or fix it. The initial setup was not easy at all; Oracle did a terrible job of discovery, requirement gathering, and now we're in a place where we have to do a reimplementation.
