"Netstock Transformed Our Inventory Management and Team Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about Netstock?

I love how Netstock's intuitive interface empowers even less tech-savvy warehouse managers to make smarter inventory decisions quickly. The Opportunity Engine is especially helpful, allowing new users to contribute from day one and giving our team a real sense of control and accomplishment. Custom policy overrides let us tailor the system to our unique business needs, and the collaborative, phased rollout made adoption smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

While Netstock's Opportunity Engine is powerful, it's not perfect for our business's unique idiosyncrasies. About half of its recommendations aren't directly actionable due to custom orders or product nuances, so our managers need to use their judgment to filter suggestions. However, this is understandable given our complex environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Stock Management with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Netstock?

I like that Netstock does all the hard thinking for me and shows opportunities I may have missed. It handles stock management and monitoring effectively, addressing issues like stock outs, overstocks, and slow moving stock. The initial setup was fairly easy, and while it required getting used to the layout, it meets all our needs without any complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netstock?

Netstock has helped us streamline our ordering process as well as reduce our overstock issues. It was easy to get started. We started using it daily to help manage our forecasting and supplier performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because it is having to connect to our Fishbowl sometimes it's hard to know which support to call Fishbowl or Netstock. Last issue was actually a Fishbowl issue we were unaware of what they changed in an update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netstock?

Opportunity Engine: Detects inventory risks early and recommends proactive actions based on real-time data.

AI Forecasting: Uses historical trends, seasonality, and market shifts to generate precise demand forecasts.

Automated Replenishment: Calculates optimal order quantities factoring in lead times, safety stock, and current inventory.

And as NetStock says:

Tracks slow-moving and obsolete items.

Visualizes turnover rates by SKU, supplier, or warehouse.

Prioritizes high-value and high-velocity items for better decision-making Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

Limited Customization:

1. Users often mention that Netstock’s reporting tools lack flexibility, making it hard to tailor reports to specific business needs

2. Complex Setup for Custom Reports: Setting up custom reports can be cumbersome and unintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netstock?

Netstock is well-regarded for a few standout features that make it particularly attractive for businesses looking to optimize their inventory.

Netstock offers robust forecasting tools that help reduce stockouts and overstock situations. It uses historical sales data and seasonality to project future demand with reasonable accuracy, it offers prioritized, proactive recommendations on what to order, when, and how much. Many users appreciate how quickly they see improvements such as reduced excess inventory and improved service levels once the system is implemented. Netstock integrates with many popular ERP systems, which makes implementation smoother and avoids data silos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

For small businesses, the price point can be a bit steep, especially if they aren’t managing a large inventory or using a compatible ERP system. Although it's generally easier than many supply chain tools, the initial setup still requires clean data and good internal processes. Companies with messy ERP data may face delays. While good for straightforward forecasting, Netstock may underperform in industries with highly volatile or promotional-driven demand unless supplemented by manual adjustments. For companies seeking deep analytics or AI-powered insights, Netstock may feel a bit light compared to more advanced platforms like ToolsGroup or o9. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game changing software for reducing total Inventory value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Netstock?

The ability to create accurate forecasts, and to project future stock requirements, including factoring in events like product promotions or seasonal trends. Accurate forecasting has allowed us to project a stock mix that will halve our inventory value while maintaining 95% Fill rate. Currently we are acheiving our 95% target fill rate, but with a stock turn of 3.4. Netstock is helping us get our stock turn up, and our stock value down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

We have found that the importing of data when we started was helpful, but nowhere near as accurate as the live Data that NS starts to store once its installed. Now that we have almost a year of 'live' data, NS is really starting to give us really accurate insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ann Cumming of Netstock

Thanks, Darren, for the great review! We love to hear how Netstock is making our customers' lives a little easier
