The set up for the most part is simple, but it can be tedious when your business has very specific needs that can be difficult to translate, otherwise, it is a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have both B2B and DTC business and various markets and how we manage inventory at multiple locations to multiple customers or their warehouses. We also do inhouse manufacturing; 3 rd party contract manuacturers and turn key items from overseas across the globe and multitude of lead times. We have 3 brands and Netstock has made it more manageable, improved visbility, improved stock availability and and improved OOS and at the same time positioned our inventory over the last 12 months to a much optimised position and we are on our target to achieve better stock turns & the integration between our ERP and Netstock is seamless. We had great support from the Netstock team to customise the tool and helped with smooth implementation. I use it everyday and the level of visibility our company has since the launch of Netstock is immeasurable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Due to how our business is setup, we do have some areas of the dashboard and the newer AI recommendations which does not suit us. Also the subscription we use does not encompass customised and easy to build DIY reports which is difficult some times to having to modify existing reports to our needs. Well, sometimes it would be great if allow to go deeper with some information that you need to go to Sage 200 (in my case) to check it:
Which customers have bought the references?
Are the reference in promotion?
What was the purchase cost 12 months ago?

Insight - at any stage you can see the exact impact of your biggest asset - what is where, where should what be. Extremely powerful tool for analysing and cost savings, extremely easy to use and has a host of features. The support through the chat bot is instantaneous and updates to and from our ERP are a breeze ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user-friendly interface of Netstock makes it very easy to onboard new team members into the purchasing department. The customer service during the onboarding process was fantastic, but their support doesn't stop there; anytime you have a question, the Netstock support team is always willing to help.
