**What do you like best about NetStairs WebRTC?**

WEBRTC services enable real-time communication from the browser without needing to download any plugins. This means companies are working to deliver on that promise, but some are more prominent than others. There are WEBRTC providers that offer this technology. Software APIs are available for clients to seamlessly integrate WEBRTC into their websites, while others provide cross-functional WEBRTC capabilities, allowing users to join and share video conferencing in just one second.

**What do you dislike about NetStairs WebRTC?**

Web RTC joining a conference call with an invitation link, but sometimes it disconnects my call. Try connecting my call again; the sound is dropping.

**What problems is NetStairs WebRTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Videoconferencing is expected to increase businesses' preference over regular audio conference calls over the next year due to low cost and easy access. As WebRTC grows, both users and providers are realizing the benefits of integrating video conferencing into web browsers.
