Netsmart is extremely adaptable. You can customize it almost anyway you like and the software is expansive to suit many needs. They seem to have an application solution for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This software is very expensive at the outset, and each new add-on/integration is very costly. I would never recommend it for a small or medium sized organization. Using myevolv to its fullest requires you have enough financial resources to maintain the expense and have a department that can support the administration of the database. I'd say at least 3 people. Their customer service is not great. I am unsure if this is due to bad organizational structure; the departments are siloed and never seem to know what other departments are doing, even for the same client. You are assigned a client alignment specialist, and we had some that were great at helping navigate the intricate corporate structure and others that were not so great. Scheduling upgrades and new integrations takes forever. You have to get into a long queue, so you really have to plan for a long wait before anything gets started. The help desk could be more accessible than it is; it can take months to get a response for anything that is not immediately urgent.
