"Simplifies Monitoring with Unified Data, But Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

A single-vendor approach which reduces complexity, and ensures consistent data and insights across the entire infrastructure. This helps fragmented monitoring environments with multiple incompatible data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

The overall solution is quite costly and can be complex to implement. Additionally, it is resource intensive because it relies on packet-level data, which may introduce overhead on the systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"nGenius is the best available voice monitoring application"
5/5
What do you like best about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

I love how easily it can be configured for various services, including services that aren’t typically integral to a voice core. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

The dashboards are not good dashboards. They are adequate, but a user can’t tell at a glance what they are seeing, or whether there is a problem. On top of this, the alert notifications do not integrate well in a North/South fashion. As they are not stateful, and are fairly minimal, with a lot of management required to get bare bones event feeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
