The side cameras and AI.  Good sales staff

The support is hard to understand.  Seems to be non-english

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cameras are great for insurance.  We just send the video to the cops and the incident is settled right then and there

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

We are utilizing Netradyne cameras for over 150 trucks.  We've used other products, but none can match the technology advancements Netradyne has.  It makes it easy for our safety team to review footage, and improve training for our drivers.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

None really.  Our account manager is very responsive, and equipment is well put together.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used an inferior product previously that would alert our safety staff of a potential issue, and they had to review the footage to categorize the incident.  Netradyne has built in AI that will auto categorize incidents, so it saves time for our staff, and improves training and responsiveness.

I like we have access with ease to our contact and his team.

Nothing at all. Again, if we have questions or issues, it's easy to reach out and have someone respond in a timely manner.

It gives us the tools to coach and advise our team of drivers on safety issues out on the road and in turn benefits the drivers so they can be more aware while they are out driving.

Netradyne stands out for its self-coaching feature for drivers, high-resolution cameras, exceptional support staff, and openness to innovative ideas.

Downsides of Netradyne include, but are not limited to: a unfriendly user website/platform and ongoing glitches with both the equipment and the website.

Netradyne helps our team resolve claims by providing real-time incident footage, allowing us to assess liability and fully understand the situation at the time of an accident, incident, or damage.

The fleet safety and individual driving scores have been a game changer for our transportation team. They’ve really helped us hold both supervisors and drivers accountable for safety. Plus, the automatic coaching sessions make it simple and straightforward for everyone to use.

The videos when looking through alerts are not always visible on the main page.

Hard to search for untagged video.   Should be able to move forward and backward in video to find clip your looking for with out having to request a clip.

Continue to improve the AI algorithm.  Too many events that are incorrectly tagged.   Solving this will make the platform easier to manage.

The portal is usually slow, and it lacks the tools to manage a complex hierarchy from the admin side of things.

The forward collision warning still is not great. Lots of false positives

It is helping to underastand driving habits which in turns helps in better mileage , safety . With its reports features on can understand which vehicle is perfroming is better in which aspects and same can be replicated on other vehicles

What is most helpful about using Netradyne?  Your human life, what is the value you put on it?  Well, Netraydne can save your life as you traverse any roadway!

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

I absolutely love everything about Netradyne.  It will alert me whenever there is a possible road hazard or danger while driving around.
