
What I like most about NetOxygen Enterprise is how well it supports our day-to-day mortgage origination workflow. In my role as part of the loan operations and processing team, I use NetOxygen primarily to track borrower applications, verify document completeness, and coordinate underwriting activities.
NetOxygen’s loan pipeline dashboard helps me monitor all active files in real time from application intake to underwriting to closing. I work heavily with the Document Management, Tasking, and Workflow Automation modules. The system automatically assigns tasks based on loan stage, which significantly reduces manual follow-ups.
The integration with our credit, LOS partners, and pricing engines is also extremely helpful. Pulling credit, verifying income docs, ordering appraisal, and sending disclosures can all be triggered directly from NetOxygen without switching systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest challenge is the UI performance during peak hours. When multiple processors and underwriters are logged in, screens such as Loan Summary, Conditions, or Document Manager can take longer to load.
Another issue is the complexity of customizing task templates. Our operations team often needs IT support just to adjust workflow steps or modify condition requirements something that would be easier if there were more drag-and-drop workflow controls.
Reporting also requires refinement. Generating detailed pipeline reports or condition-level views often requires exporting data into spreadsheets to analyze trends manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
