**What do you like best about Netigate?**

I appreciate how much Netigate cleans up our document traceability when the pressure is on. In financial services, proving our internal controls used to involve frantic emails and messy spreadsheets, but now I can pull exact audit logs directly from Netigate, which is a massive relief. I also really like the strict access control settings it offers, allowing us to lock down sensitive whistleblower survey results so only authorized risk personnel can see them. It does not make compliance work fun, but it definitely removes the panic of proving accountability to external reviewers.

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

The biggest friction point we face with Netigate is the initial setup complexity when building out our department hierarchies. If your company has a complicated organizational chart, configuring the role-based access control and access revocation rules takes a lot of patience. The main issue we ran into with Netigate is that building the access control framework from scratch requires you to manually map every single department tier before launching anything. When our VP of lending transitioned to a different branch, we realized the access revocation rules do not automatically cascade down through their reporting lines. Honestly, trying to figure out which nested permissions to check off felt like a full-time job for a week. To make this better, Netigate really needs to add pre-built template structures for standard mid-market org charts, or at least a bulk-update feature for permission changes. Right now, maintaining those strict internal controls just takes way too much manual clicking.

**What problems is Netigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netigate provides concrete document traceability, enabling us to track compliance by proving employee acknowledgment of policies and simplifying audit readiness. It saves us days of manual work and reduces panic during regulatory audits.

I like most about Netigate is its combination of simplicity and powerful functionality. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to design professional surveys without needing technical expertise. Compliance Certification Expansion: Netigate needs improvement in certain industries or regions, especially regarding compliance requirements related to data security and privacy. While it may meet some general standards, there is room for enhancement in expanding more specific compliance certifications, such as HIPAA for the healthcare industry, PSD2 for the financial industry, and PDPA in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as China's "Cybersecurity Law" and "Data Security Law." Additionally, the survey logic branching feature has limitations when handling complex logic. For example, when it is necessary to determine the branching path based on a combination of answers to multiple questions, the setup process is relatively cumbersome. It is hoped that the process of setting up complex logic can be simplified, providing a more intuitive visual operation interface.

This tool has a wide variety of ideal formats to be assigned and accurate to the brand, as well as something that I also like this tool is that it has statistical analysis, something that works well in planning stages and in data management processes.

I liked that user interface when I set up the questionnaire. I found myself dragging things around and arranging questions with ease. With other programs I found it hard to send out and use but Netigate was super easy for my team to use.

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

With ease comes the problems of customization and features. I found myself wanting to have more customized questions for my team. It didn't have as many features as I was hoping. It was also a little difficult exporting the results into a google sheet.

**Recommendations to others considering Netigate:**

I would recommend that you try different software to see what works best for your flow. We found that this worked the best but we eventually switched over to a program called chatfuel that got us similar results and also worked on Facebook messenger.

We wanted to solve our website feedback information for customers. We found that having that information optimized our customer journey when signing up for our event.

I think price of the tool can be a bit lower. Other than this all is okay. This tool is absolutely amazing.

It comes with a free trial which is helpful to see if the product is right for you.It is able to be used across Windows and Mac and has good apps for Android and iPhone. The training they provide comes in a variety of sources - in person, webinar, live online. It's easy to set up and the customized surveys are a huge add. The support systems are really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

I do not like the fact that there is no question library or a self-service portal. There is also no rater selection. Adding these functionalities would greatly enhance the product. The length of the free trial is also too short to get a true sense of all of the functionality. The reporting function is also difficult.

The developer created well and It is a very good organized suite that includes everything that you need to create a survey. Very good interface and well organized.

I  think I feel pretty much good to use this . There is nothing to dislike about this.

It is a very good organized suite that includes everything that you need to create a survey. Very good interface and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

The log in procedures is very difficult. Also if you register an account you get a call back to the phone that you register and it was something very strange and uncomfortable for me. Also it is not free so you if you want something with low budget it is not the one for you. If you are a small business you can find other software with no cost at all

It is better from your side to try the free trial version first if you wanted for your business. That is the best thing to do because you can check if the software is suitable for your business and you can be very well  prepared when you are going to use it for your professional.

You get very good quality of surveys for the price that you have to pay. You get very organized results for your business with the appropriate stats that you want.

This site allows you to be compatible with big name companies like Uber, Spotify, Adidas, and more. You can start up for free, which is an added bonus!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. It's easy to use and it has great connection services, which are both big pluses.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. The Netigate team is super helpful and extremely nice. They will help you find the plan that will work best for you and your company. Their services are easy to understand and use. The website is also user friendly and has a ton of helpful information on it- that may answer your questions before having to talk with a customer service representative!

They have multiple plans you can choose from and if you aren't sure which one will be best suited for you and/or your company, then you can ask their super nice customer service representatives.

This system is user friendly and allows administrators to create surveys for anonymous use. Can send survey via link to many individuals at once. They also have excellent customer service whenever necessary. They allow you to trial it for free so you can utilize it before you plan to purchase the software. 

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

Sometimes individuals using Netigate can respond more than once so data is not completely accurate. Software is a little more costly than other companies so not typically the first choice when deciding which software to purchase.

No recommendations. Try to market it more since it’s not well known or commonly used but it’s a great software!

**What do you like best about Netigate?**

I really like Netigate as it makes conducting unbiased market research surveys. I can better understand customers and their needs/wants. I enjoyed browsing through their sample surveys as there are great template to base your custom surveys off of. Customer satisfaction is very important and I would say ease of use definitely adds to Netigate's quality. 

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

I don't dislike anything about Netigate as it is very easy to use and implement. It really helps with providing organized and helpful feedback from customers. I think that there could be a quicker way to understand which template would be best for my business.

I also recommend using their help and customer support features, super convenient!

Problems such as cutting market research costs and receiving valuable customer feedback are solved when using Netigate.

There is not a free version of Netigate. Netigate does offer a free trial for training.

Its cloud based platform. It helps knowing the feedback of customer. It supports customer survey, mobile survey, data analytics, offline response data, email survey/marketing. It helps in feedback management. It is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Netigate?**

Free trail is of short duration. Reporting is difficult. Pricing is high. It does not support benchmarking, performance management, employee recognition and reward program.

It's highly recommended as creating customized survey is so easy with this tool. Even support is helpful for questions and concerns.

I have used it for feedback management and pulse surveys. Its easy to set up customized surveys. It's simple and user friendly.
