This is an excellent Firewall for our network of computers. We have a wide variety of users from advanced computer techs to very basic users. We need a good firewall for our, "click everything" employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup and configure. Pretty basic setup if you have worked with other firewalls in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was no real terminal interface for CLI configuration. Very limited in what I could do from a terminal session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Netgear ProSafe Firewall:

Don't expect the same performance and configuration options you would find in an enterprise class firewall, but this should work fine for the SMB market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
