What do you like best about Netgear Insight?

I like to be able to see all my appliances from one central location. Can see if anything wrong happens and proactively fix any issues thanks to real time alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netgear Insight?

Still a young product needs more time to mature and add more features. I would like to be able to easily grant temporary admin to technicians and only to some specific resources at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netgear Insight?

The below features I like most in Netgear Insight are:

1. It is a very fast & easy device configuration and as well as time-saving.

2. The most thing I like is the one-touch installation feature in Netgear Insight.

3. It will receive downtime notification automatically and act rapidly for that.

4. I can remote it from anywhere in the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netgear Insight?

The below features that I don't like in Netgear Insight are:

1. Their support is a little bit bad according to me because when I raise one support ticket It will take 2 days to answer my support ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommended this Cloud-Based Platform for Network management of all devices, because It is very easy to use. for the SMB and ROBO market, Netgear Insight is the best and perfect solution than other old methods all managed by locally. What problems is Netgear Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. I can extend my product warranty and support packages easily with the help of Netgear Insight.

2. I can know that when my wifi connection is down and I love that alert feature.
