**What do you like best about NetFortris Call Center?**

a nicely interactive and user-friendly platform that you can integrate with multiple platforms and with multiple devices as well that is what I like the most about it

**What do you dislike about NetFortris Call Center?**

it can take a few days or weeks to get used to it if you don't receive good training on how to use it

**What problems is NetFortris Call Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to contact customers with inbound/outbound calls and solve their issues while being on the call with them so is the main use for me as a user of this program

easy use. I didnt take long to understand the way it works

Transfers within the agency didnt show the callers name

they answer when we are out for lunch or shut down for meetings
