I like the flexibility offered in the different hosting plans. I usually have only one or two active sites, but register many domains for future plans. I've been with Netfirms for nearly 10 years and have had very few problems, and have in fact recommended it to several clients over the years.

Sometimes there are glitches with domain registrations, but nothing that couldn't be resolved with a support person on the phone, or with their live chat. I've been pretty satisfied overall. There is usually ample notification of any outages or service interruptions.

The system is clunky overall and I do not find it to be user friendly. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access the spam folder.
