What do you like best about NetDirector?

NetDirector is always evolving and looking for opportunities to improve processes. The give quick responses on inquiries and they proactively let us know about problems and offer solutions. It's not really NetDirector's fault, but a lot of our code/scripts are spaghetti code. It would also be nice if they published more detailed information for their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
