What do you like best about Netcraft?

As a bank, we rely on Netcraft to protect our customers from phishing and brand impersonation, and its strong detection capabilities to accurately identify fraudulent domains targeting our brand.

What do you dislike about Netcraft?

Fraudsters continuously evolve their detection‑evasion techniques, making it increasingly challenging for Netcraft to consistently identify highly obfuscated or fast‑moving phishing campaigns. This ongoing cat‑and‑mouse dynamic is inherent to the threat landscape, and maintaining effectiveness will require continuous innovation, adaptation, and investment to keep pace with these constantly changing evasion tactics. What do you like best about Netcraft?

The platform is very user-friendly, you can learn how to use it in less than five minutes. Even so, the training provided by the Netcraft team was extremely helpful so implementation was quick . Communication was also very streamlined; I never had to wait more than a couple of days for replies to my questions or concerns.

What do you dislike about Netcraft?

I don’t think I dislike anything per se. There was a change in our point of contact, which was a bit unusual , I think it might have happened more than once. It’s not a big deal, to be honest, and our new AM is amazing, so I have no complaints about her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netcraft?

This is not a "dislike" as such, it's more of a "could be better." The Netcraft pricing model, is designed to maximise profit for Netcraft, but that makes it difficult to build a clear business case for budget as the "modules" The pricing model is confusing and even after speaking with a Netcraft rep, it was still quite difficult to understand what we are paying for and why! What do you like best about Netcraft?

I valued the early opportunity to request test takedowns, and found the integration process to be straightforward. I also appreciate the in-person visits, as well as the consistency of working with the same team members throughout our engagement. Being able to connect directly with platform experts has been beneficial. Our customer success manager serves as our advocate and diligently monitors the resolution of significant brand threats. Netcraft have a keen focus on working with customers, both in day to day processes and developing the platform further. They are quick to advise how to get the most out of existing licenses and how to fully utilise their platform. The platform is easy to use, easy to integrate into workflows and highly capable. Netcraft also have an impressive array of contacts and relationships with hosting providers, which leads to faster takedowns and responses than could possibly be achieved by most firms. The detection of brand-infringing content is great, with the data revealed being both comprehensive and actionable. The takedown service functions efficiently and promptly, always delivering a consistently high level of customer service. We also rely on Netcraft for their phone number takedown service and have been very pleased with the outcomes. My teams triage the Netcraft findings daily to secure our digital footprint.
