Ease of Integration - As it is connected to my LMS the data is automatically pulled every 24hrs and send communication on my behalf automatically when i shedule my trigger.
The Netcore is used to view the Dashboard of live cases, Track the events, Create Templates, Send Communications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chat Bot or AI integration which suggests or reframes the text we use to create templates (Journeys) to make it more professional. which is useful to auto correct the communcations scheduled.
While Uploading the CSV file i need to excude some users to stop communications which we stopped doing bussiness but we have to replace the CSV file rather than we can trigger some cases or any sort of capability like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
