Our representative, Brooks, was wonderful to work with. He answered our questions timely and sought out solutions to our customizations. Fantastic! The software itself is much better and more robust than the module we bought with our NetSuite implementation. The only issue I've had is a getting one report that provides all the information in one place I need to support our audit. We had to run a few reports and combine them. Our auditors need to know our beginning asset balance, the current year depreciation total and the ending balance along with the criteria necessary to test the calculation (e.g., in service date, useful life, etc.). We provide consultations to clients and Netasset has really helped us out. Earlier we used to manage our client assets using spreadsheets which was very taxing job on ourself. We had implemented another FA software in Oct 2022 and the implementation and the software were both awful. That's when we reached out to NetGain about NetAsset. NetAsset has been able to help us get back up and running with our fixed assets. The amount of reports available with Fixed Assets is great, the ease of use of the software, and the customizations NetGain was able to add for us are all huge in our opinion! We have close to 23k assets, but the NetAsset implementation team didn't blink an eye when they saw how many we have and have been great in helping us get the system set up and with showing us how to use the system. It's very easy to view future depreciation schedules either by a single asset or reprting on multiple assets. The implementation team were great (Allie and Austin) and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries and providing regular updates. The only feature which would be great for future would be a report showing depreciation posted for each month side by side as well as which posting period this was posted in (in case it differs from the NetAsset depreciation schedule). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asset organization is really nice. I like being able to have a sysetem track all assets and provide an audit trail so that the balances are secured. I like the automated process for asset rollforwards and depreication so that it removes the human error of calculating depreciation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest complaint is the time that it takes to run entries when you have a large population of assets. Under 1,000 takes like 30 minutes, but more than that takes up to hours and makes it difficult to adjust/upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetAsset not only takes the manual depreication posting out of the mix, but also allows you to manage maintaining your assets, tracking the costs put into each asset, and the last time that it was serviced.
