Nokia NetAct is the best network management system we have at industry standards. The end-user can virtualize their mobile network system as a service. NetAct also introduced the job vacancies for Network engineers to polish their skill set. The best thing I like is network monitoring; this feature can prevent future outages for an organization. The only downside I feel about NetAct is the support staff. Not sure if it is coincident, but I never got good support from NetAct. much simpler than ALU SAM client and much less limitation of what we can ADD/Delete on network parameter controls. its error messages on operators are much more well defined and intuitive compared to SAM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

where clickable buttons are designated not always intuitive and abbreviations on network parameters are often redundant and confusing. many times have to re-read to find out if the network parameter matches that particular parameter when abbreviated or not.
