When we have run into unique attack vectors, Netacea's customer service is some of the best I've experienced with any SaaS vendor. Their customer support team (especially James, Gary, and Charlotte) have made themselves available around the clock to see our issues through to resolution. We recently upgraded our Adobe Commerce ecosystem and Netacea made this transition seamlessly, working with our implementation partners to ensure our protocols were carried over and ready immediately upon the site's relaunch. **What do you dislike about Netacea Bot Detection and Bot Management?** I really don't have anything negative to say - the Netacea team has gone above and beyond in protecting our site. **What problems is Netacea Bot Detection and Bot Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing Netacea, our website had seen aggressive carding attacks abusing our online checkout methods over the past year. When our credit card processor threatened to deactivate our terminal, Netacea stepped in and communicated directly with our payment processor to explain their solution and how it would prevent further attacks from reaching the processor. Reporting has gone from not great to pretty solid. Still no ability to stream their data into another log service, but their built in reporting handles for all of our needs and many of our nice-to-have items. Capcha has gone from potentially overly aggressive to very tunable. They have a mode now that also enables a dialing up of aggression when your sites are under a heavy bot load, and this is also a great functionality. Finally, they have increased their pre-capcha technology to a point where capcha isn't needed in most cases, and as I understand it, many companies are able to go without it entirely. Overall, great product. Not perfect, but definitely closer to perfect than not. Also, the team is a treat to work with. They also integrate with most (if not all) major CDN's (vercel is nearly here!) and the implementation is super easy. **What problems is Netacea Bot Detection and Bot Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scrapers and Pricing Intelligence love to bring down our site. We had looked at the market leaders in bot management and had been using an alternative supplier for around 3 years, we did a POC with Netacea and it showed a great increase in traffic we should be mitigating, upon full deployment, the detection was even better once the models had specifically been tuned for our traffic. Netacea also provides great account support with someone available whenever needed and fanatastic reporting supplied by the account team. **What do you dislike about Netacea Bot Detection and Bot Management?** A few more options in the the portal for reporting would be great, but we have seen improvements since coming onboard.
