What do you like best about Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient?

Documentation and billing compliance, as well as, productivity. The fact that the information flows from evaluation to discharge keeps everything in front of you. With "real-time" billing, e-faxing of plan of cares and discharges, to ease of scheduling. With Net Health, you can place "hard-stops" in areas of documentation that staff must address to meet compliance and other standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient?

Very difficulty to say that I dislike anything. I guess it would have to be that like all EMR's, there is a glitch that occurs if a server goes down or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient?

It is hard to say what I liked best about this product. The contact people we had were very pleasant to work with and they tried to make ReDoc work for us in any way possible. I liked that the program was web based because it was easy to access when needed on laptops throughout our facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient?

The layout and over all use of Redoc is in need of help. Billing took 10 extra steps to get one claim to send out. Inputing a patient needed all information at once in order to schedule. The printing out of a schedule or evaluation from a PT was not well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
