The servers are pretty stable and can be customized as per your need. The portal is amazing in managing the servers and sites. One click WP installations is the best thing that comes handy that is easy to use for any layman. Customer support has been great that helps to dig down any major issues. I liked how easy it was to create new WordPress sites with automatic backups, automatic malware scans and free CDN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is very very slow and tickets get no responses at all. I have a ticket open from 30 Dec, 2023 complaining that all subpages of a website on their server show 404 errors which has received 0 replies until today (03 Feb, 2024). Because I didn't receive a reply to this and previous support tickets I cancelled the server on 08 Jan, 2024 but I noticed that they still have billed me for another month yesterday...
Before the 404 errors I had a problem with the size of a WordPress database that got bloated up by 5GB with unrelated tables due to their site cloning feature not setup properly. I also asked support about this but never received a reply regarding the database size either. Another cloned site that I later deleted after moving it to another hoster still shows up on the server as "clone-wp-config.php" which can't be removed. All in all my opinion is that their service and offer has degraded massively over the last year and I will leave them for other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard is easy to use and you don't have to dive deep to configure or manage servers/sites.
Very easy to spin new websites and servers up as well.
Solid layer on top of the hosting boxes, not a ton of extra fluff which is nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The SSL certs can be difficult to issue. It is supposed to be an automatic process, but if something goes wrong support says it can take up to an hour to actually issue (which is strange since it's LetsEncrypt) which can cause issues if you are trying to deploy a website....
The dashboard has bugs, for instance, if you add a domain to the DNS portion, you cannot ever delete this, even if you aren't going to host the DNS with Nestify.
Customer support is horrendous - I have multiple billing-related tickets that have no responses after two+ weeks, which is not acceptable. To remove a server, you must reach out to support to do it, and if support does answer your ticket, the Stripe billing subscription may not be canceled, so good luck trying to get that canceled without doing a credit card charge back (one of the reasons I liked Nestify is you could create billing profiles, however now I've had to ask all my clients to update the billing CC in Stripe to my card so I can issue charge backs.....) The sales page and sales reps that promised me everything before purchasing.... that was promising for about a single day or so until I did the migration and it quickly turned sour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I start...
1. Migration team doesn't know how to migrate sites properly, everything was messed up: my URL settings, and permalinks; they just searched my domain and edited a "www" in front, which caused every email link to be "support@www.domain.tld" which I had to go through and replace manually.
2. The support is absolutely clueless, and the first line of support makes terrible suggestions. They ruined my SEO by giving me a "fix" which didn't do anything except mess up my canonicals. I had to do all the work to go back.
3. Their uptime is literally 90% or less! Redirect issues, 404's, etc - you will experience all of them. Since switching to a new host, 28k spikes in response times are gone, and so are the errors.
I had 11 incidents reported from 1/21 to 1/25 on betteruptime.com; since switching from nestify, I had zero problems
4. They will always say "your site works fine now" even when it clearly doesn't; when you point it out, their support will say "please wait" and NEVER come back to that chat. They don't care.
5. They rolled out a caching update that doesn't support my site, taking it down. When contacted about it, they were very nonchalant and decided to blame me for not having a "standard TLD".
In total, I contacted their support over 20 times in 2-3 months. Do you want that experience? Go ahead, I won't stop you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It basically can ruin your company. The number of downtimes where the support engineers have no idea on what and how to do and your entire website is down... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not from technical background. But I don't require it anymore. Nestify did everything for me. Other than migration and hosting related issues, the Nestify Team has helped me for other technical related issues of my site. They are simply best hosting provider as well as the best support team.
