It can be a bit frustrating because of its clunky interface and slow loading times. There are a few resources that are not applicable to our smaller clients because NeoReach is designed for bigger brands. In the future, it would be great to see more features that are designed specifically for smaller brands or plans that allow you to choose smaller feature packages so smaller brands don't end up paying for a bunch of features they don't use.
