We just began to use the software to administer evaluations to employees and I was one involved with the configurations of what we needed in the application. I do like how the supervisor and the employee can sit together on 2 ipads and complete the evaluation. As for the hiring program, it keeps everything simple and easy to navigate. NeoGov is a great management system for HR requisitions, hires and onboarding. It is definitely designed for governments and it is handy when you are doing national recruitments as it is likely that potential candidates have used NeoGov before and know the system.
