What do you like best about Neogov HRMS?

I like how easy it is for candidates to apply, to review and move them through the recruitment steps needed, completely customizable. I especially like the online resource for salaries and job descriptions. I also enjoy the self-scheduling feature as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neogov HRMS?

Setting up the system was tedious, and with the help of the implementation coordinator, we were able to stay on track. Another challenge was setting up the HTML email notification templates, I had to learn pretty quick how to set those up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
