You can upload your on pictures, videos, icons... and you can select different types of layouts for each question and answer type. You can choose between selecting a pre-made "playbook" (this is how they call conversations) or create yours from the scratch. **What do you dislike about Neocom.ai - AI-powered Guided Selling?** It would be awesome to be able to integrate and manage the product data feed directly from the admin portal. I think this is something they are planning to launch for the future. Although most of them have responsive shops, finding a product through the filter search field with a smartphone is a very bad UX. The majority of solutions out there charged me too much to create the conversations.
