They also have a Microsoft Outlook plugin that easy to setup and makes sending and receiving secure emails even simpler. Emails can be retracted if needed, and you can also use an existing email as a draft to reuse if necessary. Standard items like address book, folders, and setting preferences are supported. There isn't anything to dislike in particular with Neocertified but the same thing we dislike with ALL secure email solutions and that is the fact that the recipient has to set up a user name and password and a some of the people I work with are not used to that.
