**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

In our company, abd in our sector as a whole, there are significant evolution in roles following the post-covid recovery of air traffic. Many roles within the company have changed, and some positions are in high demand. The platform helps us better uneerstand the internal evolution of roles and where there are needs. We can identify our skills gaps in our current roles as well as in emerging or high demand positions. Once this is done, the platform allows us to identify training paths and development actions to upskill. 
The solution as truly allowed me to developp my skills.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

The solution is truly comprehensive, and I don't see any particular negative point.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a sector undergoing significant changes, Neobrain allows for the identification of career paths based on my skills and motivations, but more importantly, it aligns with the company's strategy. Beyond identifying these paths, there is real added value as the solution suggests personalized training paths to bridge skill gaps in a current role that is evolving or in a target role we wish to move into.

**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

Neobrain has concretely allowed me to mature my career project, transitioning from a Risk Analyst to a job that I found more appealing. 
I didn't have a clear idea initially, but the tool helped me identify a tangible career project that aligned with my skills and motivations. Once I identified a new role in Wealth Management, the tool suggested development actions to prepare me for this new position. When a new opportunity arose, i was able to apply for it, thanks in part to the Teams notifications alerts I had set up. The tool has been a real asset for my mobility.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

The mobile version could be improved on some functionnality. User experience on mobile remains nevertheless on high standards.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has experienced a transformation that has had an impact on our jobs ans skills. It was important to have a tool like neobrain to identify the target jobs that can match with our profile. This allow us to identify skills gap and trainings to fill them. Then the tool suggest you the job offers that match with your profile. It really help us to have visibility in a moment of uncertainty.

**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

Neobrain solution is very user-friendly and easy to use, but most importantly, it allows skill development in various ways according to my preferences. I particularly liked that it offers not only training but also practical elements such as a mentorship management system and the ability to take on gigs to develop skills. This tool is also appreciated by my employees who use it. 
Definitely recommand it to other companies.

I find that the news on the homepage is not always up to date. I am not sure that it is the fault of the solution provider itself. Perhaps the administrator on our side

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see that skills are evolving rapidly and that new skills are emerging in the market. It's important to keep developing these skills to stat competitive as a company but also as an individual. Neobrain facilitates this by providing access to training for the skills I want to develop. It also offers practical ways to do so by identifying internal experts who can become our mentors. Another example, I have taken on internal projects to develop new skills I wanted to acquire.

**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

Neobrain is user-friendly and has great customer support. 
The integration of Neobrain into our operations was smooth and quick.
It has become a daily tool for us because it's our go-to for ensuring projects meet the right match of talent.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

The only thing that comes to mind is a little friction between purchasing and Neobrain at the time of contractualization, as the publisher was a little rigid in its positions. The referencing process took 2 months, which slightly delayed the start of the project. However, the teams did their best to make up for the delay.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- By matching talent to projects based on skills, experience, and career aspirations, Neobrain minimizes the underutilization and facilitates employee engagement. This alignment  reduces the lead time from project conception to execution, improving project completion rates by up to 9%. **What do you like best about Neobrain?**

The platform enables us to track skills development, progress, and the alignment of talent utilization with our organizational objectives.

The product is also supporting learning and growth. Through access to online courses, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. 

It's user-friendliness, it integrates easily with our existing systems. A year after implementation, we've seen great engagement, with 76% of skills profiles completed. Our initial target was 60% after 12 months -> it outperformed!

Last but not least, Neobrain aligns with our performance management processes. We manage talent smoothly by integrating growth plans with performance objectives, thereby linking individual development to our broader business goals.

Teams often change as the company grows, but everyone involved in the project is always responsive and professional.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we had a hard time seeing and using what our workforce could do. But with Neobrain's smart AI, we can find what our employees are good at and what they want to do. Then we can match them with open positions and help them grow in their careers.

I love Neobrain's new strong AI, super useful. The Neobrain support team is great. I can only recommend.

Putting Neobrain to work was easy and quick. For instance, the connector worked without trouble with our staff data, letting us add employee know-how and job needs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

Before the last release of Neobrain with their new AI, the quality of suggestions could be inconsistent. Today the subject is behind us; the quality is amazing.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With now 4 years of experience in use, I can mention 6 very useful KPI's that demonstrate the impact of our Internal Talent Marketplace:

- Providing employees with clear visibility into their career prospects and facilitating internal mobility, our employee retention rate has increased by 15% since implementing Neobrain.

I like the seamless integration of Neobrain within Workday. This eliminates the need for multiple tools and platforms. 

I also like that the platform takes into account individual motivations and aspirations. 

Also Neobrain takes a pragmatic and straightforward approach to competency management. The tool simplifies the process of skill tracking and development, presenting it in a user-friendly manner.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

To be honest, I haven't encountered any significant issues or dislikes with Neobrain thus far. The solution has been smooth and user-friendly, providing a seamless experience for me as an employee.

Neobrain is solving significant problems within our organization. 
Each year, our company experiences the departure of several thousand employees due to a lack of visibility regarding their career prospects. Simultaneously, we recruit an equal number of new hires. Neobrain enabled us to retain a third of the departing employees.

In a technologically advanced company like ours, Neobrain has increased our "talent density" by retaining employees who align best with our culture. 

Neobrain is providing employees with clear visibility into their career by empowering them to explore internal opportunities, leveraging their existing skills, and identifing potential career paths within the organization.

**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

The visual of the platform is pleasant. As a collaborator, the platform is quite easy to use. As an administrator, we have the ability to fully create our interview frameworks, manage user access rights, supply resources, and animate the carousel. We have reporting data that allows us to track campaigns and target follow-ups. We now have access to the export center independently. The support via chat allows us to directly address issues encountered by users. We have regular follow-ups with the Neobrain team.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

As a manager, using the platform is less intuitive. Some features are sometimes no longer available or evolve without us necessarily being informed, which can then have impacts on a significant flow of user questions for the administrators. We have changed contacts a lot since 2021, which requires us each time to go over the history and explain our operations and organization.

We are still in the implementation phase of the project. However, this phase is structured very well, making clear all of the deliverables. My partnership with project manager Thomas has been a pleasant experience with regular touchpoints that keep the project moving forward.

Many different interlocutors forcing information transitions. This is part of a fast-growing company, so I have to say I knew what to expect :)

The platform makes it very easy to identify all my skills based on my previous experiences, to declare my motivation to use these skills and most importantly, identify any skills gaps compared to my current job. Once this step is completed, AI will match my skills and motivations profile with imternal opportunities (develpment actions like training or mentoring; visibility on career paths and available job offers). I was impressed by the quality of the AI's suggestions and the rational explaining them.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

From my point of view some new functionalities could be integrated such as implementing a rational on AI suggestions for the training but overall the platform is mindblowing, with regular improvements and a real career cockpit.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neobrain helped me invision my place within my organization at a time when I had many questions about my career. I wanted to change department and explore new horizons, and Neobrain, by considering my motivations and preferences, gave me visibility on my career path. I was able to discuss my desires with my HR, and we identified the most relevant development path to achieve my goals. Without Neobrain, I would have likely applied externally. It's a real asset for retention in our company.

NeoBrain allowed me to deploy the annual review module, in 1 month, for more than 300 employees, across 10 establishments. (More than 750 today, and no issues...)

Teams that listen and personalized support.
I am glad not to be talking to a BOT (especially in Tech...)

They were able to adapt to the specifics of my company, to my tools,....

I do not plan to leave them!

Still young, the tool is continuously improving to fix the few bugs it may have. In a short time, it will be indispensable.

The tool allows us to easily identify internal expertise and specialties. The tool allows you to declare your own specialties and we are assisted by AI to do so. You can then perform multi-criteria searches to identify internal experts and thus mobilize them or have them accompany us for our development.

There could be more features that we activate to promote the development and sharing of knowledge. These features should be activated by the team in charge of the project.

Neobrain makes it easy to identify expertise in two clicks, and thanks to intelligent search, the results are very relevant. The multi-criteria search allows you to refine the results based on the hospital searched or other criteria. A real time saver for us!

We appreciate the quality support we receive (regular follow-up, consideration of our expectations, simplicity and friendliness of exchanges) and the ability to understand and adapt to our context and ecosystem. It is a powerful tool for managing skills and talents, and the deployment is gradual for us (even though we are among the first clients ;)), at this stage the feedback is positive regarding ease of use and ergonomics.

A lack of stability in the deployment phase but resolved to date - persistence of some bugs resolved gradually

**What do you like best about Neobrain?**

Neobrain helps us accelerate and industrialize our Strategic Workforce Planning exercise with their predictive algorithms and the tool is not only designed for HR but really for the business line. We used it to simulate different hypotheses in our M&A operations to planify strategic skills in line with the target strategy and identify the gap.

**What do you dislike about Neobrain?**

The management of multi-site locations is not taken into account in the tool's output but our requests have been taken into account and added to the product roadmap.

**What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neobrain helps us to speed up and make our Strategic Worforce Planning exercise more reliable. The tool helps us in the following ways: 
- historical analysis thanks to predictive algorithms that allow us to have a V0 in a short time; 
- dynamic (vs. theoretical) strategic workforce planning, based in particular on the real skills and motivations of employees, which makes internal movement projections more reliable 
- an ergonomic tool with data accessible at any time in the form of dynamic indicators (vs. Excel spreadsheet)

We also use this platform to conduct our entire recruitment process from A to Z, whether for internal or external applications. Our entire HR process is integrated into it.
