Easy to use, helpful staff if you get stuck and well priced. I use it on a daily basis for my small business. It allows me to do things that other platforms aren't able to as well as great organisation in folders and easy contact lists. I love how user-friendly the email service is. The website portion has recently been update and is incredibly easy to use as well. I'm waiting for additional features to be added to make my website even better but is overall great. Customer support has not been required but I did get a reply that a requested feature for the website portion is being implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
