nDash provides a wealth of support for organizations seeking to expand their content generation. Their dedication to clients is evident from initial introductions, to personalized user instruction, to support, and beyond. The vigor with which they approach their role as liason between brands and writers is refreshing in an age where consumers can sometimes feel isolated. Their technical support is especially impressive--in one instance, launching a requested platform feature within 36 hours of my request. nDash has proven to be a key partner in fulfilling many content requirements. Finding a good fit among authors for more specialized or technical content can require a bit more trial and error, but nDash staff makes a concerted effort to guide this endeavor with writer recommendations directly from its founder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nDash is an excellent platform, providing many opportunities for writers to work with worldwide brands.
As a tech writer on nDash, I can say that this platform is the best I've ever worked with. The platform is committed to quality and the staff is very responsive to contractor and business needs.
What I mean is that nDash advocates for both fairly, which is no small accomplishment in the competitive field of content marketing.
The platform is also intuitive and easy to use. For writers, pay reflects the time, efforts, and expertise of the writer.
In my experience, nDash respects the value of skilled writing in driving traffic & conversions and in building consumer loyalty & engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nDash has been an incredible platform. However, my observation is that the level of activity can be affected by several factors. Market conditions, seasonal trends, and periods of uncertainty can result in a slight dip in client activity and the volume of projects. It's important to note this isn't unique to nDash; other platforms face similar pressures to adjust.
What I appreciate is the compassion, tenacity, and initiative shown by Matt Solar, Mike Brown, and Jenn Greenleaf. They have done an amazing job in supporting writers and maintaining a steady stream of opportunities on the platform, even during slower periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nDash provides a user-friendly, transparent platform. Working with their project managers has been amazing, as well. I work with Jenn - she's very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
The briefs are concise and the clients I've worked with have been lovely.
The rates are professional and payment is launched as soon as projects are approved. It's a great platform for advanced professional writers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. It's been a great experience all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nDash offers its writers multiple benefits, and these are the ones I like about this place the most:
- Free-to-use platform--no hidden fees or paid memberships for writers (in my experience, this is something rare and exceptional among freelance writing websites)
- Above-average writing rates
-Fast payments--writers get paid once they deliver their work and the client reviews it (no monthly or semimonthly payouts)
- Professional and trustworthy place for freelancers
-Chance to build long-term relationships with clients
- Quick response time (I got my questions answered by nDash staff within hours)
-User-friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've noticed that in some periods, there is a lack of writing assignments posted by clients. However, nDash gives its freelancers full access to the list of brands and clients registered on the platform, which allows every freelancer to find a business within their niche and pitch potential clients their content ideas.
Thus, despite the occasional shortage of writing gigs, every writer with great content ideas has the opportunity to land a job on this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nDash treats its writers and its clients well. For freelance writers, nDash offers decent rates compared to other freelance writing platforms. This helps to attract high-quality freelancers, which in turn means that clients can be assured of the high standards of the work they request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I dislike, apart from the fact that nDash does not have more visibility. It's a great platform, and I wish it was better known, especially among business stakeholders seeking out high-quality content marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my experience, nDash provides outstanding support for writers and brands, with expectations clearly set for both parties and expert project management. Payment is fast and easy through the platform, eliminating payment snags and invoice-chasing. All of this helps me do my best work as a writer and enjoy doing what I love all the more. I also appreciate nDash's pitching function, although so far all of my work has come from project managers reaching out to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have had instances where the platform has not updated a project page when I was trying to paste my work into it. The editing functions are also fairly rudimentary and not as strong as those of a competitor I also work with. Fortunately, these are far from dealbreakers, since there are many other ways to submit work and receive feedback, including file upload, with which I have not had problems. I have been working with nDash for about a year. Since I started writing for brands through nDash, the platform has become a significant source of work and income for my freelance writing business. The nDash team is responsive, positive, and professional, and I feel they value my time and skills. I previously worked for a digital marketing agency, and I think nDash offers a nice middle ground between agency work vs. freelancing. I get lots of freedom in terms of my rates, schedule, and what types of projects I take on, but I also get to work with a great team that facilitates client communication and connects me with cool projects! I highly recommend nDash to writers and brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I have not experienced many downsides! There is certainly nothing that would prevent me from an enthusiastic endorsement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a freelance writer, I'm always looking for sources of reputable and legitimate leads, and nDash has consistently come through in this regard. I've worked with a number of clients through the site and have always appreciated the clear communication, feedback, and responses to any questions I might have. The site is easy to use and navigate, pay is prompt, and the variety of types of clients and projects means I almost always have something that I'm working on through nDash. The only thing I can think of that I haven't liked (and this hasn't happened lately, so maybe it's no longer an option) is that some potential projects would seemingly be sent out to multiple potential content creators with the first to respond getting the gig. That was challenging and sometimes frustrating because it seemed like I would rarely be the first to respond. Great for clients, I suppose, but not so much for writers. I love how nDash provides the bridge for vetted writers and companies to connect on a more neutral ground.
Blindly reaching out to companies can result in a lot of wasted time because your proposal may or may not be seen by the right person -- or at the right time. Likewise, businesses may receive the World's Greatest Proposal from some random writer (in their emails) and soon realize that this proposal wasn't even written by the writer who submitted it.
nDash also categorizes companies based on niche and allows writers to be discovered based on their areas of expertise. I think this is definitely a great feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I don't see much that I don't like about nDash. I'll follow back up if I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is super easy to navigate. I also love how you can tailor subjects, types of projects, and pricing to your requirements while nDash takes care of the rest of the back-end work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More of a personal preference; I'd like to see nDash flesh out more options for types of projects and rates, as my clients and I usually define specific projects differently in terms of word counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
