What do you like best about NCSS Pass?

It has so many different types of power and sample size estimation methodologies programmed in and provides great output when you run a power calculation, including interpretation, references, and descriptions of all procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NCSS Pass?

It is expensive, but almost required if you work in the clinical trials setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NCSS Pass solving and how is that benefiting you?

PASS offers an extensive library of power and sample size estimation methdologies. It replaces the need to use SAS PROC POWER, GPOWER, and other power and sample size estimation tools in other statistical software (R, STATA, etc.). It provides so many options and great documentation that it is pretty easy to use and can be adapted to any novel clincial trial or study design. It also mostly removes the need to write simulations by hand to estimate power, as simulation is incorporated into many of the estimation options within PASS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's helpful for all kinds of calculations and tests used for ICC, Power and Sample size calculation. It has saved my hours of coding work. As I just have to click and run results in PASS it saved intensive work needed for coding the data otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
