What do you like best about Ncontracts?

I like the usability of the program, if I put in a help ticket someone either calls me or sends me an email within 24hrs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ncontracts solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Nrisk and Nvendor. I am solving risks associated with everything from branches to vendors. I love that it sends reviews to all employees involved with a product and makes them review the controls to mitigate the risks.. "Great Service at a Reasonable Cost"

What do you like best about Ncontracts?

The service for sure! We have bi-weekly meetings with our rep, who is amazing at getting us answers we need and bringing us new ideas. Plus response times on ticketing is better than I have sene with most softwares. Overall, they have a great culture of service. Additionally, prices are very reasonable. What do you dislike about Ncontracts?

The platform itself can take a bit of creativity to get to the look and feel you want, but once you really learn the system that gets easier and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ncontracts:

If you want outstanding service, plus a very reasonable cost then this is the team for you! That is what keeps me satisfied and coming back. I've worked in web design, graphic design, training, etc. for a couple decades and though this software does take some creative thinking to really get the look, feel and interactivity you might want, any limitations are outweighed by the kind of service they provide. It is their service that really allow you to leverage the tool as fully as possible. Plus the cost really makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ncontracts solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this platform not only for basic information (employee directory, branch information, etc.) but also as a training support tool with on-demand resources, and an engagement piece with landing pages with interactions for special events and promotions. What do you like best about Ncontracts?

Using Ncontracts QuestSoft is the best HMDA software I've ever used. Easy for the end user to navigate through the software. Also, their support staff is awesome with their quick response to any questions I've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer"

What do you like best about Ncontracts?

We moved from an in-house created intranet to OnSemble. It has truly changed how we work. The way we can share information now is a huge improvement for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I dislike anything. I've been using OnSemble for years so I'm pretty seasoned now, but it is challenging to design at first. Thankfully, there are plenty of resources for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ncontracts:

Reach out to your CSM and sign up for Spark to collaborate with other users. The Spark Community has really changed things for me. I get so many new ideas! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great intranet for everyone"

What do you like best about Ncontracts?

The customization is great. I also really like the structures which help you create pages that are uniform and nicely laid out. Having this feature makes it easy even for staff who are maybe not as knowledgeable about creating pages to make a page and have it look great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ncontracts?

For our company, I, the trainer, am the one who updates and creates things on the intranet. I don't have a lot of knowledge of HTML codes and other IT things. It can be difficult when I am creating a page or trying to do something because I am not always sure what it is asking. I would like it more if there was a help icon or tips that would show how to do things. You can access the OnSemble webpage to get helpful assistance, but you have to sign into that and then search, so it can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our company, we put all essential and needed documents, how-to guides, etc. It's a place that our employees can find information on other locations for our company or information on our products and services.
