This use to be a hard question to answer but, there is really nothing I dislike about Ncontracts. Is it the perfect system? No. Does it have hiccups? Yes. It is electronic and will have hiccups every now and then, like all others, but the difference is, chances are, you will hear about it from Ncontracts Support before you find the hiccup! Although there is good information regarding step by step processes to utilize the system, I would like to obtain additional guidance when settting the potential exposure of "Financial Exposure" risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flow of the vendor management system. We use Nvendor now and plan to add Nrisk. The detail level and continuity that Nvendor provides our organization is excellent. This solution works for us because we can outsource critical vendor reviews and then do our own review of the documents and findings. Nvendor is a true time saver and comes in very handy at exam time. Our team likes the system becuase it adds consistency to our process. No more spreadsheet and individual ticker notes for tracking key dates. We have multiple admins that work as a team to complete document gathering and due diligence. At times, there is some repetitive actions such as clicking to navigate to the same field for another vendor. It would be nice to have additional shortcuts for navigation. Compared to other vendors, the online training is enough, but there could be more. I like other vendors onlibe live training events. Overall, we are happy with Ncontracts. If i had to choose something I dislike it would be that the user interface can be a bit confusing at times.
