Ncontracts has made some smart moves over the past few years and is on the way to being a leader in GRC software. With the acquisition of Quantivate and Venminder who also offered Outsourced annual Ongoing due diligence services and innovative software in the TPRM space, they are combining the best of all worlds to create the greatest experience for their customers. As a current customer of Ncontracts I can attest to the integrity of their staff and a professional services/software provider who actually listens to their users to apply changes to processes and the software. The original Ncontracts software is semi-limited to meet our needs but we enjoy the ease of use and the presentation of the software is by far the best I've seen. Their color schemes are great and the due diligence questionnaires were built well. It is super helpful to have so many of our compliance and risk tools in one location. The sharing of data between different platforms is fantastic! We utilize these platforms daily and have much better documentation for various areas of compliance and risk. Their customer service is also excellent! The only downside has been learning how to use the different platforms. We took on several new platforms at the same time and had just a bit of trouble learning them all at one time. Our Customer Success Manager has been great about listening to us, and helping us navigate anything we come across. NBoard is very user friendly and I really cannot think of anything I dislike at this point other than I would like for you to be able to run a site history that provides the name of a document that was viewed by a user rather than an "ID" number, which really tells you nothing but you would have to go into the articles to look up ID numbers for every document and when you have 40 or 50 at at time it can be time consuming and not really worth the effort.
